Don't usually make it a point to make a negative review unless service caused a lot of trouble after. I live 20 miles away from any city, so anytime I'm in a larger city I try to get all my errands taken care of at once. Walked in after getting my haircut next door (those ladies were amazing btw!!), was put in pedicure chair right away. The whole salon was silent expect for one out of 3 techs the entirety of my visit. The tech doing my nails had my feet soaking, then proceeded to take two separate calls walking away both times lasting about 5-10 minutes. She did apologize, however afterwards took a third call a couple minutes later leaving me in the chair for even longer. I can understand needing to take a call, I've been there, but if your business isn't getting resolved in a timely manner you need to send someone else to take care of your client- not just leave them sitting waiting for you to finish for 30 min. When she started buffing she buffed over a crack in my foot which was very painful, when I advised her there was an injury she acknowledged stopped buffing the entire foot. When the pedicure was finished I was sent to a male tech to do the manicure, he was oddly quiet also and towards the end took too much skin from one of my fingers which was very uncomfortable. My thumb was not dried properly and the gel ended up coming off on my clothes 30 min after I left the salon. I was in there for 2 and 1/2 hours. Now I have to go to my normal nail salon and pay to get the thumb fixed. Overall, everyone in the salon seemed uncomfortable, and it was giving sweatshop vibes. I was not handed a menu for nails/pedicures, a complimentary beverage was not offered. The salon was very nice interior wise and cleanliness and sanitation standards were excellent. I may have caught them on a bad day which I understand, but some behavior in customer service cannot be justified.

I've been coming to Pretty Nails for a while now, and I absolutely love what they've done with the place. Linda, who assists me, is always helpful to anyone who calls or walks in. Her service is consistently top-notch and prompt.

My first time here and Lai did an amazing job with my dip nails! His did not rush and attention to detail was impressive. I’m visiting a friend from out of town but would definitely come back next time to see him again.

I've been a client of Mimi's for a few months now, and she always serves me with utmost professionalism and quality. I love her work, and she always gives her best, doing everything with great attention to detail and speed. When I want to try a different design, I show her a photo, and she does her best to deliver the best result. Mimi is very efficient, attentive, and always meets me at the scheduled time. I highly recommend her work.

Pretty Nails always does an excellent job! The shop is clean, and well-decorated. There is a good color selection, and the staff is always friendly. I love the ease of being able to walk in. I would definitely recommend!

Their hours state open until 7p on a Friday however, walked in at 6:15 and was told they alert not taking anymore clients when there were only 2 people getting services at the time. Reason given was they have to clean. Do not say you close at a specific time when that is not your real closing time.

Had a great mani/pedi experience here. First time back after foot surgery in August. They remodeled during that time and it’s more like a spa now without the spa prices. Highly recommend this salon.
