I have recommended this school to everyone I meet. This is not a school to my family. It is extended family. My children love going and have grown so much there. The staff are wonderful and care for your child like a family member. The facility is clean, always stocked with anything needed and feels very safe. We especially love the front office. Ms. Lenoir knows every single child’s name and maybe every parents name too. She gives the best hugs and wants everyone to feel heard and welcomed. This is the best daycare/preschool experience we’ve ever had.

We have loved our time at Primrose Rancho Sienna. The teachers were fabulous, the front staff amazing, the classrooms and curriculum wonderful, and the overall experience a true delight.
We knew giving our kiddo the social and educational opportunities provided by being in a daycare environment would help them to flourish and we put our trust into the “family” at Primrose RS and it benefited our kiddo tenfold. They would talk of fun times with their friends and drop some knowledge on us they learned in class, it is heart warming to see a child comfortable and confident in their surroundings.
Hats off to the teachers, the helpers, the staff, the owners - everyone always had a smile and greeting and a moment to connect when needed. Inviting someone you trust into your child’s life - to care and protect and grow them - is one of the most important choices a parent can make, and we were never disappointed in our choice for our kiddo. They grew from a toddler to a Kinder ready preschooler in their time at Primrose and it truly set them up for success in the school classroom and beyond.

To say we love this place is an understatement! We had three not negotiable requirements when looking for a school for our kids. 1. safe and secure, 2. clean and well maintained, 3. A place my kids want to be and feel excited/happy to go. We found that and more… at Primrose Rancho Sienna. There isn’t a day that teachers and admin don’t greet the kids with warmth. They celebrate milestones and remember the little things. I’m going to be so sad when my youngest finishes there, they’ve all genuinely become an extended part of our circle and we are grateful to have found them.

Choosing Primrose Rancho Sienna was one of the best decisions we ever made for our little one. Everyone cares and nurtures so much that it has immensely helped in the development of our child Nihira.
Primrose undoubtedly is the next best safe place after our home.
The real hero’s are our beloved teachers Ms.Ballard and Ms.Juarez who did not at even a single instance made our child miss us. We are very privileged for having this wonderful teachers caring for our child.

We Absolutely love this school! If my daughter could’ve gone to school longer there, she would be. She’s in elementary school now and still talks about her teachers and her experience at Primrose. We are still close with some of the teachers and staff. They truly care about your children as if they were their own. We were at Primrose for 4 years and we still stop in to say hi and check in on the lovely staff and wonderful teachers every now and again. Hands down best private preschool around! Heather, Steven, Jennifer, Tory, Mrs. Cee, Ms. Kirvin, Summer, and of course the wonderful Ms. Lenior, are the best! Thank you all for everything!

RECOMMEND RECOMMEND RECOMMEND!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this daycare! From the moment I walk in, I am greeted by the most welcoming and kind group of people. The positivity in the building is contagious, and I always leave with a smile on my face. I trust them wholeheartedly with both of my daughters, and it’s been such a wonderful experience sending them here. The care, attention, and love they show every day makes all the difference. I truly couldn’t ask for a better place for my girls to grow and learn. Highly recommend!

This daycare is absolutely incredible! It’s like stepping into the magical world of Disney! The staff is incredibly energetic and always radiates positivity. My daughter is in the toddler classroom, and her teachers, Ms. Ballard and Ms. Juarez, have made her time there truly unforgettable. They have an unwavering dedication to making her day special and going above and beyond to ensure her well-being. They create the most adorable projects for the kids to engage in, fostering their creativity and imagination.

We love Primrose of Rancho Sienna! Our toddler gets so excited to see her teachers every morning and she’s really started to thrive in their care. Being full-time working parents is hard but knowing she’s in the care of such wonderful staff makes being away a little easier! We have loved our time in the young toddler classroom and now the older toddler classroom. She is greeted by name by every staff member we encounter and they truly know her and she’s not just a number!

My son has been with primrose at rancho sienna since he was 7 months old. He is now almost 2. He loves coming to school to see his teachers (Ms.Ballard and Ms.Juarez) everyday. They send so many great pictures showing how well loved and happy my child is. Leadership is very warm and welcoming every time you walk in the door. I would recommend this school to anyone looking for a home away from home for your child.

My Daughter has attended here for the entire 2022-2023 pre-k school year and we have loved every second of it. The staff here is friendly and welcoming and the teachers are terrific! She has learned so much and is way ahead of where she needs to be for Kindergarten thanks to everything she has learned at Primrose!

Benjamin with his teachers! All are absolutely wonderful I cannot say enough good things about the Primrose at Rancho Sienna. I have a background in early childhood so when my son started this program I had really high expectations. They have exceeded those and continue to impress us. Ms. Phillips. Ms. Wise, and Mrs. Hope are so kind. They genuinely care about the children, and Ben is learning so much in their class! I talk to several other parents and all share the same feedback of their class. Our kids are so happy to go to school! The Director, Mrs. Lenoir, is also very kind, with a great sense of humor. She is hands on within the program, knowledgeable about early childhood education and always takes the time to listen to parents. I would recommend this school to any parent, and I am thankful for all they do.

Would not recommend this school.. Unfriendly and uncaring teachers.. The teachers really don't care about the kids and the teachers themselves are inexperienced and don't know how to care for kids..When withdrawing my kid in the middle of the month, the front staff gave me a very lame & insensible reason that they cannot refund any money because the tuition was paid in full at the start of the month...Totally disappointed with this school.. Would not recommend this to anyone else....

we started our daycare journey with Primrose at Forest Creek. We moved our daughter to their Rancho Sienna location at 6 mo due to a move. We are impressed with the leadership, staff, and teachers. There's an open line of communication between parents and leadership, and they are quick to correct themselves when needed. Leaving your kid at daycare is hard in itself, but knowing how well she's taken care of and how much they love her makes it a lot easier on this mamma! Would recommend to anyone looking for daycare in the area.
