I received 2 backdoor windows into my Ram Promaster, which I ordered with Pro Glass .When I picked up my Van, and saw the new tinted windows , I was super happy with the professional installation and the outcome and look !!...I used the windows sliding option many times during my trips , and I must say that they have done a great job overall 👏Not only the look gives my Van this sophistication add on , I receive many compliments from other people, whom are very impressed with these beautiful windows , and their usability!!...Thanks to Pro Glass and their professionalism!!!...Happy Holidays 🤗

Great experience with ProGlass. Called to get a quote to replace the windshield on my Subaru, they called right back with the OEM vs aftermarket pricing. Dropped my car off the next day and they had it done same day. Thank you!

Overall great experience with Pro Glass. Super helpful on the phone with getting a quote quickly and they were very thoughtful of my schedule in letting me set a tentative appointment in advance of the part arriving. Day-of staff was nice and accommodating, their lobby comfortable, and the service super quick. Fully recommend!

My daughter’s car was stolen in Austin and recovered but the back passenger side glass was broken out,battery stolen,door handle ripped off and the steering column tore apart. I called Wednesday and everything was fixed Thursday morning. My daughter said Dusty the technician was extremely polite and helpful. Thanks. I would highly recommend this place!

Went in for a chip repair. They were unable to completely repair so they didn't charge me the technician was very nice and friendly. If I eventually need to replace my windshield I will return to have them do it

This company went above and beyond to help me. I wasn’t sure if I wanted OEE or OEM. They took the time to help me compare both and answer any questions I had regarding insurance involvement. They were kind and friendly. The tech was extremely polite and welcoming. No hidden fees either! What you see is what you get. So professional and knowledgeable. I cannot rave enough. 10/10

I have used PG multiple times over the years. They are always polite, professional, expedient, and priced comparably. I asked for a quote yesterday and had it in 15 minutes and scheduled immediately. This morning Brandon replaced my truck windshield after I received a call he was on his way. He completed the job perfectly and was extremely polite and respectful of my time and his job - which took about 30 minutes. I highly recommend PG and will continue to use them for all my auto glass needs.

So, it's time again to write my review for Pro Glass in Georgetown!!..Honestly spoken here, I was first little scared and skeptical about getting the windows installed in my New Promaster...but when I got a call for pickup, and when I saw how beautiful these new windows looked in the back of my Van, I couldn't stop smiling 😀 The owner Shane Pope worked together with a technician named Scott, and both did an excellent job, without any doubts!!!
The darker tinted glass , the sizes, model, and the way it fits into the backdoor of my vehicle, just look so perfect and professional 👌 😀 👍 You can't even tell from the outside that it opens up from the inside with a ledge, and that there is a separate screen to keep bugs outside when open !!!
I think their professionalism has shown up in their work here, and they do deserve this statement from a very happy, satisfied customer 😀
Everyone was just super friendly and helpful, therefore alone they get an A+ for their customer service and another A +++ for their professionalism !!!

Recently had a crack in my windshield. Called for 3 quotes, Pro Glass had the most competitive pricing. I scheduled for a drop off, the morning of plans changed and needed a mobile service. They accommodated and had the technician at my house within 3 hours. The entire process was seamless. The cameras were recalibrated and overall the experience was great. Highly recommend!!

I had a great experience with Pro Glass. I filed a claim with Statefarm, then picked Pro Glass to fix my windshield. They called me within a couple hours to schedule an appointment. 2 days later they came and replaced my windshield on my drive way within a couple hours. I highly recommend Pro Glass for all your glass/window services!

Have nothing but great things to say about this business, especially after dealing with the poorest customer service/issues with Safelite (Leander). Was held up over a month with the back and forth with Safelite. They kept saying my Lexus OEM windshield was delayed and kept cancelling my appointments. There were plenty in stock across the U.S., confirmed by me with two different local Lexus dealers. Finally, after a month of driving with a windshield that was cracked/webbed in my driver sight of view, I cancelled and went with Pro Glass. From the first call, it was the easiest and most pleasant experience. My windshield arrived within 2-days and was installed the very next! I had it done at my home and it was a flawless experience and the installer (Dusty) was very friendly and explained everything I needed to know. I recommend Pro Glass 1000% and to NEVER, EVER trust Safelite!

The SAME day I called Pro Glass and also cancelled with Safelite, a few hours later Safelite called back and said they finally had my OEM windshield in but that it had a large scratch. They asked me if I’d like for them to go ahead and install it and they’d get me another one to eventually replace that one! Unbelievable! I wouldn’t trust them to ever follow through with anything they say or that when I left there they wouldn’t try to say that the scratch happened “after” the install! Honestly avoid at all costs.

From the first telephone inquiry I received great customer service Amy went through all the steps, explained everything clearly and called when the technician was on his way. All my questions answered. Pro Glass came to my location in Jarrell and installed the new windshield and the recalibration. Excellent service. I'm very pleased with the service received.

5 Stars isn't enough stars! Getting my windshield replaced and calibrated was a nightmare; Pro Glass jumped in and helped me cover and coordinate all the details. Every single person I talked to was helpful and kind. You can tell they're like a little family and enjoy their job, because it comes through in their customer service. Amy didn't miss a beat and Garrett was committed to the end to ensure I had no issues and the glass installation was factory or better quality. Thank you!
