Jessica was an absolute delight to work with! She made the whole process so easy and helped me find the perfect size unit for my needs. The property is very clean and well-kept, and she was extremely informative every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this location to any family or friends looking for storage. Says you lock in a rate, but only for that one time. Second, third month in they raise your rate without even telling you. And not just $20-$30 it's a whole freaking $50!! They suck!!

Decent location friendly employees. But seems that corporate can just rais the price of a unit without out telling you and whenever they feel like it. This will be my last month for that reason. They say LOCK in this rate then next month will just raise the rent on you. The whole lock in your rate is a total scam because they are eventually going to get a higher price. SCAM!!!

Very convenient to get to and the customers service is amazing. I don’t remember her name back she is great she help with a very important questions you have and even make sore you feel comfortable and safe.

They charged me an extra month because on the first I went to the office to make sure they closed my account. No one is ever there so didn’t trust my voicemails would be honored. Would not recommend

My rent was $135 for the first 3 months then raised to $195😐. They don't pro rate your move out. So I told them I was staying until the end of the month because I paid for the month. They kept asking me to leave earlier ( so they can rent the unit while keeping my months rent), I told them no because I paid for the whole month. I moved out 10 days before the end of the month and wanted to keep the unit to park my motorcycle in for the remaining 10 days ( to keep it out of the upcoming bad weather) they noticed and went ahead and closed out my account without my permission so they could rent it out after telling them multiple times I was staying the whole month I paid for!
