Made an advance reservation at their "Quick Lane" for a battery replacement. When I get there they don't have my battery in stock! It will be 24 hours!! Where is the quick in that?? To top it off they no longer provide shuttle service. They offer me a Lyft ride at my expense! No more Mak Hiak for me!

Do not buy a used car from this dealership . I am a first time car buyer and do not recommend them I was lied to from the beginning. They advised me the car had no issues , they are quick to sell you anything. At this point Im convinced that they are selling used cars that will break down with in 3 months time frame. Do to being a first time car buyer I purchased an extended warranty just to find out the extended warranty covers nothing. They are stating my car need a manifold. I called the dealership back multiple times and all they can tell me that this is a risk you take when buying a used car. I do not feel that they care about their customers. The same energy they sell you the car with is not the same energy you get when dealing with them after the sell. Now its three months and I am with out a car being a single mother of four this is heart breaking they took my money and set me up for failure. I put my trust in to this dealership and they have failed me. They are not an honest dealership do not recommend zero stars.

I took my brand new 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L in for a manufacturer defect. Nothing serious just the front bumper brackets broke and the bumper would not lay flush with the front fender. That was Monday 9/18. I was told I would have it back that same day. Monday afternoon I called and they had not even looked at my vehicle. Mac Haik set me up with a loaner and said I would have my vehicle back by Tuesday or Wednesday. Wednesday came, so I called again. This time they said Friday. Go figure it was still not done. Sunday we got hail. So now my brand new car now has hail damage and they are refusing to fix it because it was "act of God". The car was perfectly drivable. Why did they just say that they could not get to it, let us schedule an appointment and let us have our vehicle? Their loaner was put in the garage (where my Jeep would have been) and is in perfect condition. The kicker is if I would have left it out and the loaner got damaged then I would have to make another claim. I am at a loss for words. A) they should not have had my car this long. B) now I am supposed make a claim on my insurance for something that was out of my hands and could have been avoided. HELP!!!!! A 1 rating is still too high

Wow absolutely horrendous service and environment. I got sick from walking in the door. The dread, the employees that look like they just got done with a meth binge. The "shop talk" calling people boy and old fashioned grandparents talk. Keys laying everywhere ready and easily accessible by anyone wearing a dale Earnhardt Jr shirt and Jorts.Brought the vehicle in with appointment on a Tuesday and by Thursday they still didn't diagnose under warranty. Seems like all they care about is money from customers so you get put aside. RUN

I went in for service on my vehicle. Knowing it would not be a quick fix, I was given a loaner vehicle. That was greatly appreciated. I was in several current loaners for different reasons, but needless to say, I appreciated that they NEVER had me without transportation. Shay was great at making sure I was in something nice each time. My service contact was/is Sophie. And she's been great to work with. She's kept me informed and has been upfront and honest with her reports of what's going on with my vehicle. She's also had to deal with my warranty company, not an easy tasks. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars; my transmission was delivered 2 weeks before they located it in their warehouse. Meaning it could've been fixed long before it was. HOWEVER, the warranty company just sent it and didn't tell anyone at the dealership they were sending it. All in all they have been nice to work with. Total repairs after everything was said and done: $2000. But what I planned on doing but at least my vehicle is fixed. I'm sure the cost of getting the work done was more expensive at the dealership, but I was in a loaner for the whole 3 months that my vehicle was in the shop.

Let's see, 6 hours after I was told that an 1.5 hour oil change would be done...I would say probably won't be back. Why ask me to opt in for txt message updates if you never send any that are regarding my service?

Everything done to satisfaction but not sure why they call it Quick Lane. They are the slowest place ever seen for oil change over 2 1/2 hrs to service truck. Granted I know people in front of me but from the time mechanic too truck till it was backed out 2 hrs.

The service is always friendly. I like that I can make an appointment for routine maintenance and know that it gets done in about an hour, even when it's towards the end of the day. I've purchased 2 vehicles there, both hassle free.

Hello. I wanted to share my experience with Mac Haik of Georgetown. On 11/9/22 I contacted the dealer about a Ford Maverick that I had set an appointment to test drive and purchase this Saturday, 11/12. I understand that it is in high demand so I wanted to ensure it was still available prior to making the 90+ mile drive from my home to the dealership. I was told the truck I was looking at was being held for the GM's son (JUAN DE LA FUENTE GENERAL SALES MANAGER) 2022 Ford Maverick LARIAT in Georgetown, TX | Austin Ford Maverick | Mac Haik Ford of Georgetown (machaikfordlincoln.com) but there was one another that was similar available (2022 Ford Maverick LARIAT in Georgetown, TX | Austin Ford Maverick | Mac Haik Ford of Georgetown (machaikfordlincoln.com) . I told the salesperson DANIEL "DOC" LEISY (SALES CONSULTANT) that I was fine with the other truck and that I would like to start the process of purchasing. I had pre approval with terms and payments through the website and Ford Motor credit and had submitted information on my trade. I was told he needed to get accurate pricing for the truck because the pricing online did not include the "added equipment fee "taxes, etc. I waited for the document. First email the form was not attached. The sales person called and texted saying the truck was going to be sold if I didn't hurry. After requesting the document be resent, I noticed the quote was for the truck I had originally inquired about stock# 222557 vs the 'available" stock # 222703 (Mac's Price $32,935.00). The salesman informed me that the "added equipment fee" was something he could negotiate off on my behalf. I inquired as to what had been added to the vehicle that was not already showing as an added option on the window sticker. I was told there was nothing, it was just an added fee that most don't look at or ask about. I then asked why the quote of $48,510.44 was 15k over the "Mac's Price: $33,250.00" online. I was told that was not the price, it was the MSRP. I sent a print screen of what I was looking at to the sales person. I explained that I see on the window sticker the MSRP, however the website says "Mac's Price: $33,250.00. I was then told it was the taxes and fees. I said the taxes and fees are based on the retail of $43,250.00- still 10k more than what was showing as the "Mac's Price of : $33,250.00". I was then told that due to demand they were inflating the cost 5-8k on all Mavericks (still less than I was quoted). I was told they had five Mavericks sold that day and he was doing everything he could to hold this for me. I thanked him for his time and said I understood companies need to make revenue anywhere they can these days- however this felt misleading at best. I explained that I have been doing hotel sales for many years and would never expect a company to lose money for someone's budget. He asked me to get him and his wife a free room somewhere (I felt that was highly unprofessional). He told me that he would ask the GM for a discount and would call me back. When he did he said the GM approved "43k out the door". I thanked him again for his time and declined. I explained I was not interested in over paying for something just because of demand. He then told me I was unlikely to find another, that I could not even order one until 2024. I said that was fine, I could wait. He suggested I take a walk around the block and think about it, but not to wait too long because it would be gone. By this point I was getting upset with the interaction. I asked that they consider changing the website to say MSPR or "call for pricing" so it doesn't feel so dishonest. He said he had already emailed their IT people to do that. I said I would make sure to check in two days to see if it had in fact been done. It has still not been done.

Test drove a vehicle and decided to buy it if the trade-in offer was adequate. Instead, found out they hadn't even appraised my trade-in yet. Waited around for about another hour, only to find out they offered far less for my trade-in than another dealer. Bought elsewhere.
