We’ve lived in this neighborhood for almost 20 years, but I bought gas and went inside the store for the first time at this location today. It was about 940 in the morning and we were hoping to find breakfast tacos. The guy said they were sold out and they stopped making them at 9 AM, but he said I could make some up for you. I have everything I need. Wow! What a super nice guy and how refreshing to get that kind of customer service. I wish I would’ve gotten his name so I could personally thank him for doing his job so well.

Today there was a man who needs a raise at qt . My app was glitched and would not let me order 20 minutes before . I called to tell the situation . I said I’m sure you trying to close do u want my order they said no come in and order. I did just that. The gentleman working the back (great employee)was so positive . His coworker was talking about hating late orders . The person working foh who i assume was the manager didn’t shut down about the talk between the great employee And unprofessional one. The gentleman in the kitchen did. He vocalized that he pre closes but doesn’t expect to be out at 10. He the person with the complaints the he needed to be more positive. Food was great and ticket time was low .. Take care of this man before someone poaches him off your hands. 2/4 9:45 pm

The fact that they got rid of the Frozen Hot Choc + reg Hot Choc is unbelievably WRONG. Not everyone drinks coffee. In fact I can't stand it- even the smell makes me ill. So I drink and like hot chocolate. And in the summer the Frozen hot chocolate was amazing. I don't buy anything else at QT cuz of the high prices and the fact that many times they charge you the wrong price. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS. The bathrooms are not very nice for being a new location either. Now they've given me a reason to never stop in one again

The fact that I get great service by a great personality at the counter, when I know full well they don't get a prompt showing what the change back should be for cash purchases, taking TWO customers at a time, is diabolical. Kept clean and the variety is fierce! They also have basically a little snack food/deli style ordering option behind the registers if the rollers or donut case don't suffice. Be extra kind to gas station workers, y'all. Enjoy!

Sad, dirty, unorganized store. Employee drinks sitting around, long line with only one cashier while others standing around talking. Cashier knocked cigars onto ground and just grabbed what he needed and left the fallen ones on floor with cabinet door hanging open.

I go to all the Austin area stores and this one is regularly out of red lids and other staples. All the others are fully stocked including those with less staff and busier area.I offered to go to the nearest ones (twenty minute round trip) hoping they'd react and go themselves but no.

That gentleman named John who made my food tonight was beyond amazing food came out like something out of pictureBest experience I've had at a quick trip hands down all of the staff was beyond friendly and inviting

Manager Jesus is very nice. Store is clean. And always stocked very well. Employees are very helpful and friendly as well.
