Do NOT get a loan with this bank. We signed paperwork for them to withhold a retainage with our constitution loan. It was not done because THEY overlooked the paperwork. Also, trying to get an in-person meeting is impossible. I gave them two weeks worth of days I could come in, but they never would set an appointment. Never offered alternative dates. Email after email of “it’s hard to meet”, “I’m really busy” and “what exactly do you want to discuss.” I have two emails where I told them what I wanted ti discuss, but even after a long email chain over several days, no appointment was set. Very disappointing!

The RBank in Georgetown has been nothing but a great experience for myself every visit. Diana at this location, whom open my wife and my account, always greets me with a smile, remembers my name, and is really cheerful when attended by her. She definitely demonstrates great customer service.

I love the experience of small banking. I drive up and KNOW me and actually greet me by name. They are friendly & a pleasure to deal with. Great checking account interest rates too!! I'll never leave.

I joined R Bank about a year ago when I moved back to Georgetown, using them for both personal and business banking, and I have extremely pleased with my experience. They have a great online banking platform, very friendly and personal service when I go into a branch, and have always had a quick and helpful response anytime I have needed support. Highly recommend R Bank to anyone in need of a great local bank.

Diana was so pleasant. She remembered my husband by name and was really easy to talk to. She got us in and out in 5 mins. Really nice bank. I will recommend my friends to bank here.

I used to love this bank. I go to an extremely small location in an even smaller town. It used to be awesome! The tellers are the nicest humans ever.... I love them. I consider all 3 of them my friends. They are friendly, helpful, always smiling and they try so hard to help me navigate the newer less personalized banking procedures that Rbank has recently put in place. I make several deposits there weekly for the company I work for, and for myself too. They require you to fully fill out a deposit slip, full name, address, sign for cash, account number, deposit amount and then....you have to take the check, write your name at the top on the back (even if it is stamped deposit only). Today in a hurry to get my kiddo from the airport I forgot to stamp two of the 7 checks I deposited. When they called to tell me I asked them if they could just write deposit only and put it in the account that was indicated on the deposit slip. They called me back letting me know that that wasn't possible that I had to go back to the bank to make this happen. I make this same deposit EVERY week. They know where the money is going. They process my deposits 52 weeks out of the year. The assistant manager has a very rude attitude and gets snippy with me every time I question procedure changes. If I see her car (that she backs up to the front of the building like a get away car) there I just go through the drive through or come back later. Banking here is stressful for me now. I usually get other coworkers to drop off the deposits after I prepare them. I'll more than likely be moving my personal accounts over to my credit union in a few weeks. I gave a star for each teller because they are the only reason I've held on this long.

No one at this branch seems to have the competence or care to help me open my new business account. Very disappointed, zero customer service. *Update* thank you to the bank manager Jenny for getting involved, promptly addressing the situation and having my business account open within the next business day.

Their great rates are what initially attracted me to bank with them. Nine years later they still offer great rates. Web site and mobile app are user friendly and what I primary use. Recently I need to change out smaller bills for larger ones and was able to use the drive up teller with out any issues.

Wanted a bank extremely close to home; & though I'm sadly the type person who sometimes treats a checking account or ACH draft setup as a "short-term loan", they have worked with me & covered a daughter's music lesson withdrawal a couple times; even as a new account holder. The staff always recalls my name, I don't have drag out the driver license; good communication if anything goes wrong...What you want in your local bank.
