I kept on exchanging an item due to a lot of reasons: 2 different sizes, a presence of damage/defect, then they ordered online and when the product came it was a size 7 but male size!!! I am so disappointed! So many wasted time going to this shop just to exchange a single item! I will never shop here ever again!!!

Today me and my husband encountered an unpleasant experience here. Upon entering into the store with our child in his stroller all eyes were automatically on us, we came because we saw a special buy one get one 50% off. Throughout the entire time we were there a woman watched us shop and even followed us down one of the aisles. We were continuously asked multiple times if we needed help and we continued to state we were fine. Upon finding a pair of shoes for our son we had asked her to pull the size down from top stock she had attitude all over her face and throughout her body language. We proceeded to leave the shoes and just purchase my own when by the end I didn’t even want too because of how we were made to feel. If you are wanting to feel ridiculed and treated as if you are a thief while shopping come right on in!

Customer service is not a priority at this store. I wore a pair of heels for 2 hours that gave me blisters and they were in near new condition, but they did not take them back. The associate did not even attempt to help. Rack Room Shoes will not be receiving our business for shoes in the future.

Very rude, Sindy could use a smile, she has an attitude of someone who got dragged forcefully to work. Lady I am not here for free shoes I'm a paying customer.

Wife bought shoes two days ago, wore them for two hours, hurt her feet. Took them back for return, they denied the return, said she wore them. DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. Yes, she did for 2 hours, that’s how she found out that the shoes are of extremely poor quality. The manager and salespeople are rude and unprofessional. Recommend that the Rack Room come off your shopping list.
