Automated refill system via phone has aborted mid process for three days. 11 minute wait to get someone on the phone. Staff member seemed uninterested in learning about the issue or reporting to someone for resolution. Unreal.
Past in store service has been spotty as well. Time for a change. Simple customer service and basic process flows are not simple or basic with this pharmacy.

Whatever guy answered the phone this evening (around 6:00pm) really made me happy about not switching over from HEB. I considered switching, since it's a bit closer, but the guy I talked to was very rude. I know that it's late on Monday, but it's no excuse. I kept my question very brief, but since they didn't have my medicine in stock, I had 2 more brief questions. He was sure to remind me that "we aren't HEB", and then hung up before I got to ask my last question. I'll NEVER go here for medicine or probably anything at all. Seriously uncalled for. I just got off work after working 6 days, bit I was not annoyed or impatient whatsoever....get a new job if this one is so bad that you can't suck it up and be decent to customers. I do wish he had introduced himself when he answered the phone like other people do. Unfortunately, I'm unable to name him.

I called a refill prescription in on Monday. Today, Sunday, it was still "processing" when I called to check if it was ready. I spoke with a pharmacist and she stated she would fill it right away. That tells me it was still in the queue and not yet being filled. It would be a week tomorrow if I had not called today. Way too long for a refill Rx.

Everyone is so kind! Sometimes they are a li’l slow (when you don’t have auto refill set up, so that’s on me) but they make up for it with customer care and advocacy. I’ve never seen a pharmacist/pharmacy tech go to bat for patients like the fine folks @ Randalls! Thank you for all that you do :)

I had no complaints about this pharmacy until they changed they started using the Sincerely Health app. Even though I have a grocery account, I have tried repeatedly and been unable to create a pharmacy account. Can't see my prescriptions, can't re-order unless I go in person. Often takes more than a day to get a new prescription filled.

Okay, I have several reasons why this pharmacy should not even be allowed to have a star rating. I will be short with this…The staff, from my own experience, is very unprofessional, judgy, slow, and rude. Their productivity level is little to none, and their inventory is nearly always low.Even if their prices beat others, the service is terrible. Whoever decided to train the staff needs a pay reduction, or a different position. Do not get your meds here if you can’t handle harsh attitudes, wrong orders, and nasty vibes!I’ll leave it at that.

Today I got a vaccination (4:30 appt) and needed a prescription. The gentleman who gave me the vax was very professional and helpful. Even though my prescription was not ready, Leticia went the extra mile to prepare it while I was there. All in all a very good visit even though they were quite busy.
