Tina is a joke and so is this bank! Absolutely ridiculous I can’t even get online access to my accounts after setting them up without coming all the way back up there because Tina doesn’t know how to do her job correctly.

At least tell your customers you will help them in a bit, don’t just smile at them. Very unprofessional. I already talked to my supervisor and our business will be changing locations even if we have to drive more.

These ladies make you wait in the commercial window even though they aren’t doing anything. Won’t even come to apologize for the wait, awful customer service. My coworker has been profiled multiple times. I wish we had a different bank. Im gonna start going to the location in Round Rock, way better customer service.

Closed on weekends, no temp checks for customers. Short hours in drive through banking. Just bad banking. Employees have no answers.

I've been with them for almost 4 years and I just don't think I can do it anymore. Not once, but twice, they gave someone access to my personal accounts. Lucky for me the person is an honest person. They have messed up my online accounts numerous times and then can't fix them. I had to close one of my accounts so I could get to my money! They are always "I'm sorry; We understand; We apologize" but after a while it just doesn't mean anything anymore. The people in the branch in Georgetown are nice, but the bank is so messed up. I have a friend in TN who has the same problems. We'll be closing all our accounts very soon.

They are nice but making a deposit through the festive through takes FOREVER! It's starting to feel a bit like the post office. Pack a lunch if you are banking here.
