The worst customer and Hartmann experience in the area. When I picked up my dress there was additional stationing on it. I was given a timeline for a do over however the dress want ready then and I had to make other arrangements for a funeral. The manger said that the fact that they added more stains to the dress is not their concern or reason for refund. Do not take your fine garments there

$53+ for one dress with a slip, a pair of trousers and one shirt is very expensive! Plus, the woman who waited on me was less than polite. I do not recommend this cleaners.

I have been using Ricks for years and I have never been disappointed. There is a reason why we still use them even though we have moved out of the area. My highest recommendation and never had any issues.Services: Special care fabric cleaning

Let me tell you something. I'm sitting here in the parking lot waiting for a grocery order. It's just after 8am. I see this elderly man with a cane making his way across the street towards the cleaners. The kid that works there sees him, grabs his cleaning and MEETS HIM AT THE DOOR WITH A SMILE. I don't know what kind of miracle person this is. That's genuine kindness. Like most young people he could have not been paying attention or been on his phone or doing something else but you know what, serving this man was more important. So many people are all about themselves and genuine decency has left the building in Austin. Not here. Right on Reid's.

Very good laundry and dry cleaners. I've had to instructions them many times on pants creases, but I think they now understand that NO ONE wants their creases on the sides of their pants.

They used to provide great service but at a slightly higher price. Their pricing jumped 20% and their service has dropped dramatically. I get my shirts folded every single time but because they were "too busy" they came back on hangers. The clerk did remove the folding fee but the premium they charge is not worth it. Over$10 to dry clean a blazer and $3.55 to launder a shirt, this time. Prices are not posted and vary from week to week. You never know what will be charged. . Sad to see how the business has devolved over the years.

I brought an expensive drape panel in that had dog pee on it. I brought in a bag. They called to say they couldn't clean it and sent it back but it reeks of CAT pee. I don't even have a cat. Ruined. And poor response from owner

I love this place!! They also have a shoe repair company that they send out the shoes. I've used them they are great and the price was good. They always remember who I am when I walk in even if it's been months. I love that!!

Buyer Beware!Using their shoe repair is risky if you need your shoes anytime soon!! I've been waiting @ month to get a pair of heels replaced. Ried's has nothing to do with it once your shoes are handed off to "Cobblers". I was suppose to get my shoes a week ago and they are still working on them. I'm leaving on a cruise on Saturday and must have my shoes! They said they would mail them to me......if I would pay the postage. I raised hell at how long they had my shoes and they are now supposedly mailing them to me..I question if I will have my dress shoes for our cruise!
