One of the worst dealerships I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. They switched out my bank at the end of the deal for their own in house financing (for a higher interest rate). This, admittedly, is on me for not recognizing what happened until it was too late/too far into the process. That’s what I get for trusting the slick talking finance people. Management didn’t have much interest in fixing the problem either.Above all, you’re potentially putting your life in danger by taking your car here to be serviced. This is *NOT* an exaggeration. Every. Single. Time. Almost every lug nut was loose and not torqued to spec. We had a wheel rattle loose on Whitestone while driving home. This has happened on every oil change. I cannot express how insanely incompetent that is. We only kept going to run out the $500 we spent for the oil changes. After that experience I bring my torque wrench from home and properly torque all the lugs before leaving. Which is hilariously SAD.

Absolutely do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this business what so ever to anyone. Have had so many issues over the past year and a half with them. Every time I have gone in I have gotten extremely poor customer service. I was told before purchasing I would have gotten a paint repair, and after I purchased they said this could not be done and they claimed “that conversation never happened.” Well, yes it did, and if it wasn’t offered then the car salesman should not have told me it was possible. They also really messed up our financing of the vehicle and we didn’t want Mazda Financial and through our own bank. He said that because our bank was offering us a “higher” interest rate, he went with the lower one which was Mazda Financial. Our bank had rebates for a better rate, but yet they still processed us through Mazda Financial when that’s not what we asked or agreed to. Have taken my car there for several oil changes (purchased the $500 plan through them, so they’re “free”) and twice my lug nuts were very LOOSE!!! Very dangerous! So I will not be taking back there for an oil change! Waste of $500. Don’t let them talk you into that deal unless you want an accident on the road because they can’t put tires back on right doing a rotation. Also dropped my car off one time for a break inspection that was scheduled during the day. Never got a call like I was told I would get one before 5:00 to get my car back. Called after 5 (because I never got a call) to find out they didn’t get to it and the maintenance crew left for the day so I couldn’t get my keys back until the next day and they were so rude about it. Said my keys were in a lock box and they couldn’t give me my car. What?! I had to Uber to work the next day. I went in yesterday to ask the finance guy a question about refinancing, this is my first time and they didn’t do it through my bank as I asked. And I had to just walk out of the guys office because he was being so rude and didn’t even look at me was going through a stack of papers telling me to send the check to the bank and that’s all the help he could provide. The staff is unfriendly, incredibly unprofessional, and not accommodating with you unless you are giving them money for a car. I can’t even understand how people give this place good stars. Are you sure you’re going to Roger Beasley Mazda in Georgetown? Expect poor service after you purchase is all I have to say. Good luck! 0/5 stars

I had the pleasure of working with Tony when I was in the market for a new car at Mazda. Tony's professionalism and knowledge about the Mazda lineup were exceptional. He took the time to understand my preferences and needs, and he guided me towards the perfect vehicle.What stood out to me the most was Tony's patience and willingness to answer all my questions. He didn't pressure me into making a decision and made sure I was comfortable with my choice. Exceptional customer service and overall great experience. I left feeling like a valued and respected customer which I think is so rare these days! Nathan and his crew are outstanding here and I highly recommend this location over the others. I look forward to getting my car serviced with them in the future. This place has so many great reviews and I ended up trusting those and came here to lease a car. They made me wait for half a day. I'm not kidding. After we finalized on the vehicle and I gave all the details (DL, credit application, insurance etc) it took them 4 hours and counting. Now someone comes to me and says I'm next (I was next for the past 1 hour). The excuse given was that the person supposed to handle a customer before me had their room occupied by someone else! Looks like they have only 2 finance persons, and that is causing the delay. Not a whole lot of crowd too. People are nice, but being nice doesn't help while your customers are just left hanging, with no choice but to wait on and on.If you come here, be ready to give up a whole lot of time and then drop by. There is absolutely no respect for customer's time.

I just want to thank everyone in the service department at Roger Beasley, I took my wife's Mazda CX9, for a front wheel bearing noise and passenger side window motor, I dropped it off and had to shuttle my wife to & from work in the Domain area. Well we took it in because of the urgency and we had to attend a wedding, after several calls and messages, they got the parts to do all the work and they were all working together to get it done before our trip! My family wants to thank you all for your hard work and getting it done in time for the wedding day!!They also threw in a discount on our bill, Thank you very much All!!Paul Schultz

It was a great experience buying the car, no pressure sale, everyone was friendly. However, they lied about the extended warranty package. We payed extra for protection on the car. They lied about getting discounts for car body repairs. They apparently no longer have partnership with a car repair shop. They also lied that sensors would be calibrated for free if they were to get damaged. I'm disappointed to have paid an extra $4000 for additional car protection features and to have been lied about what they actually covered.

We recently purchased a vehicle for our daughter who is going out of state for college and Isaac has been fantastic, kind and extremely helpful! He has gone above and beyond to assist us in learning about the vehicle (first time Mazda owners), including going over all the features in the car and app with our daughter. He has most definitely provided us some peace of mind and for that, we are very grateful!

They don't appear to have much respect for the time of customers. Had appointment for 2:15pm and brought the car a little early. Was told it would take 90 minutes. After 120 minutes and no contact, I walked to the service desk. The service person didn't know where the key/paperwork were, but I could see my car parked just outside, so I assumed it was done. He went off to find paperwork/key and after a while came back and told me they hadn't even started on it. No effort was made to find me in the waiting room and let me know that they were delayed. I just waited until I asked about the car and was told they had done nothing to it. I'm not impressed with the service department.

I have been a Mazda buyer and customer since 1995. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and used them exclusively for service. The last three service visits have been nightmares. Long waits in excess of 5 hours repeatedly, not performing requested or required service, and a generally bad attitude. I've taken the vehicle to outside maintenance providers and they found multiple issues with Roger Beasley maintenance. I'm finished with this brand and dealership. A detailed report is being sent to BBB and state agencies responsible for oversight of these businesses. Be aware.

Super easy process! I was out in a new car thanks to Adel Saleh very nice and informative! Coming all the way from Houston to get a car because Georgetown had what I wanted.
