Always find what I need, you just have to look around for a while… The clothes you want may be in kitchen area and the decor you want may be in the perfume section but I promise you they have everything you need! lol I’ve gotten all my house decor from Ross for a third of the price they charge at places like Home Goods or Tuesday Morning. Ross is always my go to! And they have better selection than Marshall’s next door

They put so many tags on each item that by the time I’m done cutting them off they have already snagged the material!!! I don’t really know why it’s necessary to put FIVE tags on one bra! Each undergarment having 2 extra tags to connect them to the hanger. Also every time I go to the Ross in Wolf Ranch there is a line that takes 30 minutes to 1 hour of waiting. BTW about the number of tags, it’s every time. I just finally got fed up!

2 cashiers, 1 helping a lady with 2 cart fulls then the other lady decided to go take a break and leave our long line of customers as she finished the 2 cart lady. One customer up and left, got tired of waiting.

As Everybody says”to buy at Ross is amazing until you get to check out with lots of stuff and you can not carry the cart to our car.I Do Not understand why is it like this!!when I think to carry lots of bags or go to pick up the car leaving the shopping in the store,I give up and BUY LESS

I have been a loyal customer of this store for the past three years, but today was truly the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. Two weeks ago, I purchased a shirt, but their staff forgot to remove the RFID tag. I only noticed it today when I wanted to wear it. When I went back to the store to have the tag removed, the employee, who claimed to be the store owner, was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
He outright refused to help me without a receipt, even though I offered to show him my credit card transaction as proof of purchase. To make matters worse, he dismissed me rudely, asking me to “remove the dirty shirt from his counter.” I explained that I didn’t have the receipt on hand and asked him what my options were.
Thankfully, my wife later found the receipt in our car. Only then did he reluctantly remove the tag, but not without shouting at us to never visit the store again. This was on Thanksgiving weekend, a time when customers should feel appreciated, not humiliated.
This shocking behavior is unacceptable, especially at a store like Ross. A store’s reputation is built on good customer service, and employees like this only tarnish it. I hope the management takes steps to ensure such treatment doesn’t happen to others.

Back to School Tax Free weekend and they DO NOT have the main dressing rooms open only the 2 small ones up front FORCING EVERYONE TO WAIT at 11:00 am on a Saturday! Only 2 cashiers while they have floor people stocking home decor and other departments!! C’mon MANAGEMENT utilize who you have for the needs of the customers!! This was just unexceptionable!!
