I called the store to inquire about facial hair trimming blades for my girlfriend. Jay answered and she was very friendly and helpful. She ensured me they had a good selection, so I drove to the store. When I got there, the entire staff welcomed me as I walked in. I said i called earlier and Jay ended up showing me the blades I inquired about over the phone. I purchased a set of blade tools that she recommended (she showed many options). My girlfriend tried them today and absolutely loves them! Jay and the entire staff really know their stuff and they seemed passionate about the products. The morale in the store was high and I felt welcomed and confident I was in the right place! Such a relief because today a lot of people just don't care to help or think it's not worth it, the whole "I just work here" attitude. Not at this place. The staff knows the products and knows how to treat the clientele. It was a breath of fresh air and I'm grateful! Thanks Jay and staff I will be back!PS: pretty sure she said her name was Jay but it may have been Jade ?

I wanted to say how helpful Judy was at this Georgetown location. She was very knowledgable and spent time with me as I was trying to decide on haircolor.

No ordinary customer service here! The service is exemplary, I listened today while the manager Lisa answered a customers every question kindly and patientiently. My faith in customer service has been restored. A big shout out to Sarah and Jancie the girls in front who had smile on their faces and eager to just be nice! Way to go ladies! You Rock.

I just spent 194$ on a set of Babyliss Pro clippers from this place on October 22nd. . And it’s October 31st they’re already broken. I get it, some stuff is short lived. But when I brought them back to exchange them, NOT REFUND, they told me they can’t and I have to deal with the manufacturer. Now in my industry, we fix the mistake and deal with the manufacturer ourselves. Sending them back has never been an issue for us. Customers happy, broken stuffs replaced, easy process. Nope, not this store. I am done shopping here. And if you’re wanting a good customer service center, this is not the place.

Stopped in the other day to pick up some hair color. A very nice and knowledgeable lady working there was able to help me and recommend the right products for the look I was going for. Everyone I have encountered at this location has been very friendly and helpful.

An associate at the Georgetown, Tx store went above and beyond. I inquired about a crystal nail file that never stays in stock. The file is worth having in your nail kit!!! A Sally's employee offered to add my name and number to a list of people who want to get their hands on one. I was shocked to receive a call to come in and pick it up. What, how thoughtful!!! Customer service is Alive and well. Something so small and simple. Good job, manager Lisa, keep it up!!! Please order more crystal files. Thank you!!!

Very knowledgeable and pleasant assistant on the majority of my infrequent visits. I will gladly return there in the near future. Wonderful recommendations for the hair products I needed, too.

Me and my children went to this location last night for the first time and the last time. The workers spent more time watching us, than working. They were so obvious we all felt very uncomfortable shopping at this location. I do not know if it was racial profiling, stereotyping, or whatever. I know I will NEVER shop at this location as long as I live and I forbid my children to shop here. This is the worst experience we had since moving to Texas three months ago.

My husband was asked to leave because he did not have a mask on due to a medical condition that prevents him from wearing a mask, by an employee who was not wearing a mask due to a medical condition. If it is a company policy to refuse service to customers with medical conditions who are not able to wear masks, which legally has no grounds, how can a worker be in the store without a mask? This is pure discrimination.
