I’ve shopped in this location many times and today was by far the most disappointing. ONE associate asked if I needed help in the fragrance department, the rest (two males) spent their time following me around like a thief, all while asking other guests if they needed help. I myself work in a retail store, the best way to prevent theft is GUEST SERVICING, not following your guests around like criminals. This is not how you treat your customers. Every person working today (05/05/2025), besides the sweet girl in fragrance, should be retrained on guest servicing.

I’ve been in MANY Sephora stores over the years, and this one by far had the worst customer service. I was NEVER asked if I could be helped. And when I finally sought out someone to help me find something, it felt like I was inconveniencing him. Check out wasn’t helpful either. Just disappointing. No wonder the locals I know drive to a different location…

I was looking for a few very specific things. The staff was very friendly and bent over backwards to help me find some although they did not have all I needed. But the service was great. I guess what I needed was just very popular and sold out.

I went to Sephora today to buy a birthday gift for my mother, but my experience was very disappointing. From the moment I entered, I felt racially profiled. Multiple employees kept staring at me, and I couldn’t shop comfortably because they repeatedly approached me with, ‘Do you need any help?’ Having worked in retail, I understand the importance of offering assistance, but this constant attention—being approached back to back and watched so closely—felt excessive and intrusive. It made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome. Shopping should be an enjoyable experience, not one where you feel under surveillance for simply browsing.
I shared my concerns with the store manager, who listened and apologized, which I appreciated. Still, I believe there’s a need for more training and awareness to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and dignity. I hope Sephora addresses this issue to create a more inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone.

I asked Liz for recommendations, for a blush that wouldn’t irritate my skin. She then proceeded to loudly go on a tangent saying that my acne is from what I eat, (which made me extremely self conscious)when I was asking for blush recommendations. I then proceeded to look at the blush section right next to me and she threw her arms by her side and yelled “just walk away then i guess” with a big eye roll and huff. I understand days are hard but there’s no reason to be cruel.

I drove my wife, who had recently taken a fall and hurt her shoulder to Sephora's at Wolf Ranch for one cosmetic item she needed. She went into the store and then was greeted by one of the employees and told they were closing. She said ok, but as she opened the door to leave, the woman came and said, we have a few minutes, do you need help finding your item? She said, no, I know where it is and went back in, found the item, and paid for it and thanked the woman for her kindness. I wish I knew her name, but she showed compassion towards my wife and It reveals a side of customer service, that is sadly missing in most places anymore. I just wanted her to know how much we appreciated her kindness.

I’ve been coming here for sometime but I have now decided to stop. I noticed overtime that the Beauty Advisors would rarely greet me but they would to other customers and would never ask if I needed help and when I did need help they were nowhere to be found. Only ONCE a cashier was happy and super nice to me, since usually they’re all miserable and rude. This last time really did it, I was waiting to get my curbside order (which I usually just go inside and pick it up myself but I couldn’t this time) and I waited for 35 minutes so I ended up calling them and yes, they brought it to me right after yet the Beauty Advisor didn’t say hi or nothing just shoved my order in my face (literally) and had the audacity to say that next time I have to park in the front. I couldn’t park specifically there because there were no available spaces yet as soon as you walk out of the store I’m the first car to see plus my car is bright RED as I described to them. I will say this isn’t the first time I’ve seen this specific Beauty Advisor be a ‘b-word’ or just walking around the store miserably with the worst vibes. No matter what I was still very cordial to all of the people working there because I get it retail jobs have their ups and downs but omg what’s the need to be so b-itchy to customers. I’ve never left a review to a retail store before but this really bothered me and had to get it off my chest.
