Patti was incredible from start to finish. She took the time to really understand what we needed and offered thoughtful recommendations based on what would work best for us. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and you could tell she genuinely had our best interests in mind—not just trying to make a sale.
By the end of our visit, it felt like we’d made a new friend. We even gave her a hug on the way out! Patti is truly amazing at what she does and absolutely deserves a raise. Highly recommend working with her if you get the chance!

I just walked in to exchange a pillowcase for a different size. I was “greeted” with “It’ll be an hour before I can help you” because there was only one employee working and she was helping another customer. When I explained that I just needed to exchange a pillowcase, she said “that takes like 25 steps” so I’d have to wait. Really bad service here, especially on Veteran’s Day when a lot of people are out shopping.

Just purchased my second sleep number bed. Really think it is the best bed out there Lie on one and you’re sold. Got there dream number bad and can’t wait for it to be delivered. Plus they have all the options to go with it,, even upholstered beds. really enjoyed working with Heather. be sure and ask for her when you go in

I've purchased 3 beds in the last 7 years. The first 2 were great zero issues with them. The new one I purchased has been nothing short of garbage. They say a 15 year warranty and prorate the replacement parts but they dont tell you an air pump is $500. Customer service is extremely rude now they dont care anymore. I'll never purchase anything from Sleep number again. Please do your research before purchasing

Great experience with Paul. He clearly went over every aspect of purchase, return, final sale, sale prices, etc. we felt extremely well informed and supported in our decision. Paul helped us get the best bed within our budget. We went with the i8 and Paul went over every feature and shared we could easily reach out with a provided contact number.
It has been an incredibly easy, helpful and affordable purchase. I highly recommend.

Don't buy a mattress here. They fail to explain to you the return policy. We did a purchase with Paul, and he never explained we had to keep the bed for 30 days before even attempting a return. They're very dishonest. Go with a better company like Saatva that doesn't lie and cheat you.
Don't take my word for it get on Reddit etc and look into sleep number reviews.
