Don’t waste your time if you’re on a schedule. They don’t open at 8:30am, they open at 9am. They close at 4, not 5.

I wasn’t going to take the time to leave this review because I hate having to say anything negative about a person and possibly hurting their job.This was my second time at this location. The first time because I was having a medical issue the guy was so kind and helpful.The second time I went, I walked in with a smile, figuring that he may remember that I was just there The week prior, however, he just looked at me and stated, can I help you? with the look as if he didn’t understand why I was there. So I simply just said I had a 1:30 pm appointment after this he asked me to bring my car in and as he was “installing the system“ he continuously just attended to anyone who stopped by making my appointment be longer than it needed to be. When he gave me the video to watch and also the leasing documents, I had a lot of questions. Obviously, this is my consequence to a decision that I made and although I put myself in the situation, I want to make sure I don’t get in trouble for not knowing what to do. He acted very frustrated and annoyed by all the questions I asked, especially when I was asking about my receipt and the cost of having the installation I explained to him that I was a single mother, and I needed to make sure that I was looking at my budget and costs Closely. He really told me that if I looked on the receipt, all the information was there without just trying to answer my questions it really seemed that no matter who brings They are going to charge the highest amount. It states it varies but yet it costs the same for everyone. I was given a monthly price over the month and never informed that taxes would be added. Furthermore, I had no idea I also had to pay to get the device taken off. I am asking questions so I can be informed. I asked to use a restroom and he told me the toilet was broken. Well I can’t believe that you sit there all day with no bathroom available. But I held it and the rude behavior as well. When he did answer questions it was all the while attending to others so why have an appointment and not be attended to?!? It was frustrating overall. I hope someone makes him feel better soon because he does not need to work with people or at a place he hates.

The gentleman was not friendly. He was impatient with me trying to learn how to use the device. He acted like I was an imposition to him. Then once he finished the install I got in my car and noticed he didn’t put a panel back on the interior of my car. I took it back and asked him to put it on. He was annoyed… put it on but no apologies. He also ran my credit card and didn’t tell me how much he was charging. Really rude.

Service is horrible, charge you fees whenever they want and don't respond to you when you total your car making you pay for the whole device. I would recommend anywhere else, intoxalock, ANYWHERE else. They say they'll save you money but they make up for it, I didn't save 300 I spent an extra 2000 on things I had no control over because it was their communication with my officer, and their inconsistencies, these people have no customer service skills whatsoever. I'm trying to schedule a removal and no one seems to schedule those or know why shops aren't answering their phones.

This is a great location for service. Ed really helped me with an issue I had been having, and he recommended a solution. Please commend him and all of the employees at the Georgetown shop for always giving friendly, knowledgeable service. Thanks again!

Came here for a scheduled appointment and the worker said we don’t do appointments after I showed him mine! Made me wait 2 hours for a calibration. The workers are all very rude and ignorant. It’s insane how miserable they are acting towards customers.

I wasn’t going to leave a review but since I got a text message asking for a good review after the worst experience ever I am. The technician appeared hungover and was completely clueless. He Arrived late to his shop even though I had an appointment at 8:30. When I said I got here at 8:30 and the doors were locked his response was I guess you weren’t here when I opened which made no sense. Because I needed my system installed I let the disrespect slide. However, I had to spend 2 hours on phone support to get proper training and assistance because the technician said "i don't know" to every question I had. So here’s your “good review” and I highly recommend using any other local technician.

Ron was extremely rude, refused my appointment because I had a service dog, and even when someone came to pick it up he still refused service. Did not help me reschedule. Just awful service. This man should be fired

Worked with Jessica Soto to get my interlock device installed due to circumstances of my lawyer having an accident and not available. Jessica guided me thru the process and made it happen with the paper work required for a time sensitive deadline. Instructed me on the proccess I needed to take in order to get paperwork to her so she could do her job. I canot say enough how gratefull I am for Jessica Soto and her techs. Totally recommend these good folks as they are truley the best.
