Great concept, loved the service had, love the clean environment. The waiting areas need seating that accommodates people who are larger and who need to be higher up, for ease of getting in and out of the seat. The benches are too low for some. My hubby, the customer was miserable given he had no option for a seat while he wasted for his appointment.
We will have to bring a chair for him. That translates into, we have to find another salon to book with. That’s the sad part of this. Please consider the double seats that dr’s office use. or, wide seat pans with regular chairs. One is enough at every few suites!

Gabriela is an amazing hair stylist w/a good heart. She cares deeply about her craft and her clients, and it shows in her work! If you're looking for a hair stylist in the North Austin area (or even if you're willing to make the drive from another area) she's totally worth it!I've had my hair long past my lower back for most of my life, so my hair is a lot more to me than just hair. With that being said, I've always been very particular about who I let touch it. My mom and both of my kid sisters have gotten their hair done by Gabriela, and they all had nothing but great things to say about her. Even my dad raved about her skill and her professionalism w/which she treated my sisters and styled their hair...& he's been bald for 10+ years!! Lol.Before I scheduled my appointment w/her, the biggest selling point for me to see Gabriela was when my youngest sister got her hair cut. There was a clear boost in her confidence and self-esteem. After I got my hair cut too, and I got to chat with Gabriela, I can see why. She doesn't just help her clients look good, she helps them feel good from the inside-out! & that kind of genuine authenticity is hard to find in a stylist.
