Service will go out if there’s a cloud in the sky or if there’s a drop of rain plus they had to install a 50ft pole in the air to get service it looks horrible and one of the guys the was here to install it complained the entire time he was trying to avoid the install all together saying it wouldn’t work even though they obviously service my area and no one ever answers the phone

The connection is unstable. Called tech support many times and they never followed up. Just get Starlink!

Horrible! Service goes down atleast once a week, can’t get anyone in the “office” to answer a phone, best option is to wait until after hours and contact their third party sub-contracted tech department. However, it always just results in an email to the “office” that never calls you back. Find a better option.

I have had SOS for over five years just to get down to the point they suck. I just don’t know if they can’t upgrade their system or what they’re doing but they gave me a router. That is the worst router I’ve ever had in my life it’s supposed to be fast. Yeah it’s a little faster but very little Wi-Fi. If it’s Friday after five you are out of luck till Monday. If it goes out any day after five he will not be back up till next morning. With the prices they charge you should be getting better speeds than what they’re given

This internet is terrible. If the wind blows even a little the internet goes out. I've never had to check a company's fb page more to check for outages than I have with this company. If you can't even have a website or a number to call you're not a real business. I recommend you just not have internet rather than waste money on this

Overall good quality service and availability given the many rural locations they serve. Customer service has improved greatly in the past year with good communication of network issues. Folks are knowledgeable and typically resolve issues in real time.
