Ok, since I tried working this matter out with Sports Clip's through their website customer service and they have stopped responding, it seems I am left with no alternative other than to go on social media. This concerns Sports Clips service ticket CSD-8424. I purchased a Sports Clips Season Pass at their 3155 S Orange Ave Suite 107, Orlando, FL 32806 location. On my next visit, after purchasing the pass, I found the store had closed. The store left no message on the front door or windows regarding how to contact the former owner or manager. I contacted Sports Clips online about the matter and they told me they had reached out to the manager/owner and they would get in touch with me. That never happened. I followed up several times with Sports Clips by email and their website about the failure of the prior owner or manager to contact me. There was no further response from Sports Clips. So, everyone out there should be leary about purchasing a season pass, knowing the store may close down at any time with the great possibility inadaquate support from Sports Clips and losing your money. This is the 5th time their app has malfunctioned. I am on my lunch break,and now have over a 30 minute wait again. The stylist are great but I won’t be back. I depend on the app to reserve my hair cut times,during my lunch breaks

Gabrielle did an amazing job at the Deptford location. The attention to detail was great and didn’t rush through anything on the ultimate mvp. Best experience I’ve had since I started going.

I made an appointment an hour ahead and got there ahead of time. I was supposedly the next up and then I got put back because the stylist said somebody made an appointment with the first available. That's not right. Because I made the appointment.I should've been first in line.Sorry, but that's the way it is. I'll make sure and make my appointment with some other stylist.At some other salon.

I visited sports clips with a coupon for a free haircut, but the stylist didn’t know how to apply it. Despite showing her the email with the coupon code, I was still charged full price. The haircut was fine, but I'm disappointed they couldn't honor the promotion. Won't be returning if they can’t handle simple discounts.

The manager at the Midland store is out of town, every weekend yet manages to charge for over 100 hours in a pay period. And don't get sick cause they don't have sick pay, but want a doctors note to be able to return to work. She will send you home without pay, thus causing you more hardship.

Been going here since 2016...I sat there for 45 min until my stylist was ready. She then told me she was leaving to run errands and pick someone up. She asked if I would like another stylist, I replied yes.... All the while other customers are getting seated in front of me....waited 10 more minutes then left. The manager looked at me like I wasn't even there. Not exaggerating.....worst experience. Online appointment check in doesn't work. Would like to leave 0 stars.

If you find yourself waiting another 30-60 minutes past your arrival time as reported in other reviews, it's likely because your stylist let someone else skip line. This has happened to me twice. And on my most recent visit I figured out what they had done thanks to a screenshot I took after I checked in. Reported it to corporate including Ed, and was totally ignored. Any business that ignores valid customer concerns is not a well-managed one and the franchise owner is never at the store or hands on.
