Last haricut I got wasn't great. Sports Clips updated their computer system and lost all notes. Checked-in online today to reserve an appointment (which is dumb to have to do this in the first place). Went to my appointment 78-minutes later. Learned they didn't get my reservation. Would have had to wait over an hour for the next appointment. Now they want customers to download their stupid app that you'll only use maybe 4 times a year. Not the first problem I've had with their dumb online check-in.

Went in for a haircut with my hair much longer than it usually is. I had Kali, and as always, she was magnificent and upbeat as usual. She is very personable, as are the other stylists in the building; Dom was next to me and did speak a little as well, showing they remember and care about their clients. Kali did take the time to ask about my hair length when cutting it to ensure the correct amount was being removed. I would definitely recommend her, Dom, and the others at this facility not only for great cuts but also for great time due to the atmosphere.

Worst cut ever by Jake in the Parma, Ohio store. Never had a problem before until today. Someone needs to take the scissors out of this guys hands. So short can't even be corrected. Uneven cut, never shaved back if neck, sides were unevenJust a horrible experience.

Signed in on line and came when it said, came and there was still 30 more minutes after already waiting an hour and a half. Worker to rudely told us it’s just how it bc no shows. So rude.

In Friday, August 4th, I called the phone number on the web site so I could speak to customer service. Pressed 3 & the system told me no one was available & the mailbox was full. I filled out the form on the web site so someone would call me. The following Monday, I called in the afternoon & was told again that no one was available at the customer service extension & the mailbox was still full so I called back & left a message in the HR mailbox. That mailbox said someone would get back to me in 24-48 hours. Wednesday August 9, I called again, no one answer at customer service, mailbox still full, called HR, no one answered, left another message then I press the number for operations & left a message there. It's now been 1 week & no one has called me nor emailed me. Please don't ask me to email someone when I don't believe anyone will respond based upon my past experience with trying to contact someone. Who should I go to next to talk to someone in customer service? What phone number do I call?

So I go to the Mandeville store, sign in, and wait my turn. After twenty minutes, a guy walks in, has never been there and has to use their phone to call two people, unsuccessful to get them to pay for his haircut. The stylist, Alicia, listens to all this and takes him before me and another customer.Can you explain this? I love the place and have ben going there for a while.

2 week neck trim. GO OVER THAT 14 DAYS AND THEY WON'T DO IT. I PAID EXTRA JUST TO HAVE THE SERVICE AND NOW YOU WON'T DO IT BECAUSE WE'RE TWO DAYS PAST THE TIME. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TOLD IT HAD TO BE EXACTLY 14 DAYS

After two messages unanswered over 3 months by Corp about continuing online system errors confirmed by store employees at Rivery it appears Corp is disinterested in responding to customer concerns. Was once such a good brand.

I am so sorry to say that your manager...I believe, on Thursday, 3/30, refused to let me trade an incorrect product that I had purchased during my last cut for a correct one, even after showing proof of purchase...I gave the product back to her, saying I couldn't use it, and she made a great show of throwing a $24 tube of new product it in the trashcan in front of me and shocked customers. This isn't the first time she has shown belligerent behaviour...there is something wrong. Last year I asked her to wear a brand new mask I'd brought, sealed, because my husband has cancer...she refused and said it wasn't company policy. Needless to say, I'll never come back...comes from the top down. Yes, we customers are perhaps spoiled, because businesses usually take care of us.

This is a very unprofessional company. Headquarters is mostly there to assist franchisees, and not to assist any clients dealing with franchisees.Even though they have a customer service line, it just goes to one person’s voicemail, and that person does not respond. In fact no one under the options at their 1-800 number respond. Both of their email addresses and online customer service form also do not respond to clients. So any issues that do arise with a franchisee that warrants further resolution, you will likely need to contact the local attorney general.Service: Haircut

I get my hair cut here pretty often and it's usually pretty good. It's simple. 5 on the top, 3 on the sides and 1 1/2 sideburns and around the ears. Got it cut there Friday and it was the worst cut of my life. Not sure how you can screw it's up, but she did. Supposed to leave a little long in the front to spike, didn't happen. A clump of hair in the back the size of a half dollar didn't even get cut. My wife had to touch it up so I didn't look like Alfalfa when we went to dinner. Waited an hour and a half for this. Not sure I'll ever go back, but I sure won't let that "stylist" touch me.So, i emailed Rose as she instructed and have not heard a peep. Seems she just responded to my review to make y'all think she really cares. Not so.
