In 24yrs of my profession I have carried other manufacturers products and can honestly say the Staccato P Duo is what it was intended and designed to be . Craftsmanship is top notch. Detail to not only the internal but the external is there. It is not just very impressive in looks but very impressive in how it works.

Using the word customer service is giving too much credit. Excellent firearm when functioning , don’t expect and help if it goes wrong .

Absolutely fantastic. The product speaks for itself and nothing I have ever owned past or present has come close. The service and knowledge of the staff is wonderful. You can tell they are all enthusiasts and passionate about the sport and brand. Thank you for what you do.

Picked up a Staccato P. Beautiful gun, feels great in the hand. Shoots beautifully. Makes you not want to shoot any other gun.

I purchased my first Staccato P Duo about six months ago and I have to tell you after shooting it the first time it was almost not fair shooting a gun this smooth and accurate. I’m not a professional shooter but shooting this gun makes you believe you are. After purchasing holsters and putting an optic on it I saw the limited addition Staccato P Duo and HAD TO HAVE IT! I got lucky and was able to sell the 1st one for what I had in it and purchase the limited addition. As for Staccato and their customer service I can only say great things about them. To make a long story short I was in the area of Georgetown and was needing the optic removed from my first Staccato and placed on my new one and gave them a call and to my surprise was told come drop it off and it would take a few hours. Before I could get to the highway, they had everything swapped cleaned, oiled and test fired and ready to pick up. I looked at numerous high-end pistols before purchasing STI/Staccato but I’m very happy I picked them. Well worth every penny.

Purchased a BRAND NEW "P" from a 'reputable' dealer found on Staccato's website only to find out the screws for the top mounting plate were completely stripped and it was unable to be removed.I find this unacceptable for a $2500 firearm. Staccato customer service was friendly, but their only resolution was to ship the gun to them in TX. How lovely to spend almost $3k on a new firearm only to have to ship to it back to the mfg the next day.

After finding a like new but used Staccato P in a local shop, I found the Frames left side slide stop hole egged out. The hole didn't looked tampered with, as it seemed to have the original finish in the hole. This was preventing slide lock on empty mags, due to the slide stop being push away from the frame (excessive movement). I figured no problem, I'll just return it to Staccato and they'd take care of me, as I've had great customer service in the past from them (I've owned 8 Staccato's). After they received the gun back, CS told me it was "out of spec", and wouldn't fix it. I than had to pay $175 just to get my gun back (shipping & inspection cost). Needless to say, I won't be in any hurry to buy another Staccato. Luckily, the gun works great (minus slide lock on an empty mag). And I have no idea what the long term affects will be shooting this gun in this condition. As an an example of great CS, I once bought a used S&W revolver built in 1982. I later realized it had a cracked from. S&W replaced it with a new gun without question. You can learn from this Staccato.

I highly recommend upgrading your daily carry to a Staccato C2. I have been carrying the C2 with a Dawson Comp installed by their techs for some time and have 0 issues. The comp has really improved my follow up speed and accuracy when shooting multiple targets. The combo ends up being 2mm longer than the Staccato P allowing almost all holsters to work. I did have to modify my safari land but it was not difficult.

Ridiculously expensive for a gun that doesn't oven offer an ambidextrous slide lock for left handed shooters.

Jim Erwin of Staccato visited The Modern Sportsman store in Burnsville, Minnesota this past weekend and I was fortunate enough to be a part of Jim's Friday evening class on Fundamentals and Mindset. While I was basically aware of the Staccato brand before attending, I did not have any knowledge of the background of the brand, the full offering and the quality and the incredible attention to detail that goes into each pistol.Jim's class, based on his amazing background and real world experiences, was, quite simply, incredible. His experience and professionalism combined with his incredible passion and his down to earth teaching style made for an unforgettable evening.Having the opportunity to also learn about the Staccato brand and shoot a number of the models utilizing the fundamentals that Jim had so openly shared in the classroom - perfect evening. I, and I know the rest of the class participants were amazed at the quality, smoothness and accuracy of the Staccato line - I have never shot a pistol that was so smooth, functional and accurate. Thanks Jim and thanks, Staccato for an awesome evening and for offering such a great class and making such a great product!

Ordered a C2 on March 25th, the lead time was 45-60 days. On April 1 they changed it to 60-90. I payed over $3,300 and it's May 27th. I called them today and they told me my ship date would be June 28. THATS 95 DAYS I ordered this because it's a double stack and WA has a 10 round limit law starting in July. I did use my veterans discount which ONLY applies to the pistol, nothing else. I canceled my order, 95 days is in acceptable after your site stated 45-60! We call that a "lie". The person on the phone, Matt also noted that the entire team was in Houston for the NRA rally. You have a gun making business and nobody is making guns?? Pro tip: don't buy or get from gun broker if you need this thing, I do not!!!

Far and away the best firearm I've ever owned. Communication with Staccato employees was fantastic, they answered every single question I threw at them and helped me basically create my perfect handgun. Will be keeping this forever.

Staccato is maybe the best firearm company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is superb. It goes without saying that their products are amazing, but I have been blown away by their level of support. They are extremely helpful and offer extremely fast turnaround on anything you send your gun in for, so you can get it back in hand quickly. They support our military, and they really support our LEOs.Great job, Staccato.
