Devon is absolutely the best. We had a problem with one of our tanks. He explained the issue, ordered the part with deluvery as he described, and took care of the repair quickly. It was well past dark, but instead of rescheduling he came out as promised and took care of it.

If you use them you will be sorry! It has been nothing but a nightmare and this has been the worst company I've ever had to do business with. To start they never told me there was a contract when I signed up. Then there were issues with the install, their parts not working, and charging me extra. Then they started making up new fees and sticking invoices in my mailbox without any service performed. I've talked with management numerous times. Thank God my contract is now over, but even now I've called and cancelled service, but they haven't done that correctly. It's been 2 months since I canceled, and the tank is still sitting here and they just sent another invoice for another year's rent! I've filed a complaint with the BBB and the state attorney general. If you've read this far, thank your lucky stars and find another provider.

We are new to Suburban Propane and been having a hard time getting a response from our representative Jeff and reaching anyone their accounting office. Customer service does not seem to be a priority.
Update: Based on their response I contact their management team immediately and I am still waiting a response. So it seems Suburban Propane does not care about it's customers.

REFUSES TO RETURN CALLS. I have tried three times and left messages. Unknown to us, our tank sat here empty for 2 years and Suburban charged us rent and a two hundred dollar fee for not requesting a fill up and rent for the tank; but they never filled the tank to begin with! We only figured that out when the power failed (one time in 2 years) and the generac didnt work because it didnt have any propane.

Excellent service, but the guy jumped over the wire fence leaving it bent over, instead of walking around to the tank.

Great company and definitely service oriented. Kris was quick to respond to my questions and service request. They were the only company that had the tank size I wanted. Rob was excellent at my fireplace installation. Suburban Propane is definitely a company to use for your propane needs. Thanks for all your help!

We have quote from them and are supposidly on thaxhedule with this place to install a 500 G tank. After seeing these reviews, we will start looking elsewhere. It's been well over 2 months and no tank. We keep getting excuse after excuse of why the tank isn't here yet. We would live to just purchase a tank and have it put in but they swear by their lease program so they can be the only one to fill it. Don't wast your time like we did. You won't get a tank in any reasonable amount of time.
