We recently completed a new build home in Sun City Texas. The whole process was outstanding and worked great. Assigning a Construction Mgr. to every build as a point of contact is a great idea. Our Construction Mgr. was tremendous.

After being in our house a year there were naturally things that we found over the 12 months that needed attention. Pulte was quick to respond and thorough with their repairs. Friendly staff.

The home buying experience with the Pulte sales department and construction manager were top notch throughout the entire process. The Pulte Title company was equally impressive. I personally found Pulte Mortgage Company very stressful to deal with compared to other lending institutions.
