We spent a long time yesterday at this store with two different service personnel Red and Roman. We had a great experience with both of them after not having a great phone or online session after twitching to TMobile from Google Fi. The service itself is working fine but the plan features regarding new phones wasn't fulfilled per advertised so had to go to the store. Roman spent a lot of time with us getting new phones set up and data transferred. Also other devices were paired and set up properly. Other customers in the store were treated respectfully and the atmosphere in the store was very calm and everyone seemed to be ok with their appointments. Roman left us with his contact info in case we had any issues after we got home. Great experience and highly recommend this store. We were also given information about internet availability in our area and whether it would be good for us given our internet usage which was more than we'd ever gotten anywhere else! Yea Roman and Red!!

Phone messed up under warranty. T-Mobile sent another one to location. Drove 40 miles in the rain and waited for 90 mins with 2 kids to be told they weren't giving me the phone that was sent there for me. Not because my phone was damaged out of warranty "boundaries", but because the phone operates didn't know what they were talking about. That's all the info I got. And the whole time it was evident nobody really even knew what they were talking about because each one of them had a different story. This location blows

Total scam, I traded in my phone was promised promotion of 350 and the representative told me that the promotion and the triad in value would be applied after two billing cycles, comes to find out after the two months passed that the promotion was only 130 and it was already applied since the purchase took place, total scammers , the person that helped us name Rachael , be away of this branch

Walked into the store and was completely ignored. Not once, but twice, by the Mexican guy with the big gauges in his ears. He looked right at me and took care of a gentleman and his mom who had just walked in. Then he looked right at me again and helped out an older couple. I have had issues with T-mobile in the past, but I have never been blatantly ignored by the staff.

Went in to drop off 2 phones for trade in that they should have just kept when we bought our phones. At least 10 employees working the floor that just kept disappearing. Waited 45 mins with no service, while the guy who checked us in disappeared in to the back office. Should have just gone to our Belton office where there's usually 2 or 3 employees on the floor and we get treated like valued customers immediately !! Been a T-mobile customer for over 20 years and this is the worst service I've ever seen. Serious management issues !! TERRIBLE

Don't waste time with Tmobile...really not worth it! After 2 hours of pointless redirection nothing was sorted and was given a weird number from Montana and old number no longer works. WORTHLESS Cell Carrier! Choose at your own risk of sanity and calm to stupidity!

I was needing an upgrade. I went in and waited about 10 mins. The associate that helped me was kind and amazing. Make sure you ask for Guadalupe. Also, the associate next ti me, I believe his name was Chance or Chase, was helping another client, and he was so incredibly patient with his client. I definitely recommend this location.

Terrible customer service. I have been a t-mobile customer for 20years and never have I dealt with such unprofessional service reps. I see the reviews now and should have known to go to another location. I took my disabled mother to get her phone checked, we waited 1 hour. When it was finally our turn, the rep looked up my mom's phone number and my sisters names were on the account. His FIRST reaction was, "I can't help you, I will get fired" since neither my name nor my mothers name was on the account. Instead, His FIRST reaction should have been, "M'am, can you ask one of your sisters to add you to this account, so we can help fix your mom's phone?" He made it ALL ABOUT HIM, he was more concerned about how this IMPACTS him vs. thinking about how to HELP THE CUSTOMER. If he truly cared about the customer he would have thought about what we can do to get this sorted out. I told him we have been waiting 1HOUR and he WALKED AWAY and started helping the next customer bec he said I was being rude. I repeated his words to my sister on the phone, "I can't help you, I will get fired" and he said I was being rude. Selfish people like this should NOT be working in customer service. I asked to speak to the manager, and she basically took his side. There is no hope for this location, go to a different location.

I came in last night to this store & I was really happy that it was not as busy as usual m ( Wed. Evening) I worked with Axel & he was very patient & kind. He helped me find a phone within my budget! I'm loving that Moto G phone already. Most importantly I feel I can go in at any time & be supported if I havequestions! That means so much to me! Thank you Axel! & Georgetown T- mobile!! I appreciate you!

Worst customer service! I went for t mobile Tuesday gift and she told me to wait for an hour! She was literally signing me in for the help! They can get the gift in just a minute and a couple of employees were free roaming in the store. I could have given 0 stars!

I have been to this store twice in a week to attempt to get an assistance and was sent away with a 1800 number that could not assist me after being put on hold for 30 mins. I have had billing issues and spoke with a rep in the app for two hours to get an answer. They take so long to message you back it’s crazy! I went back to the store today to just cancel a line and was sent away with another phone number to call. When I tell anyone at the store I’m frustrated that they won’t help me they just look at me and don’t offer any further assistance! So basically T-Mobile doesn’t help with customers, they only have their stores to make money and help customers with purchases but when it comes to keeping customers by offering customer service they send you away with a phone number to contact someone else. I will be going elsewhere.

I went in yesterday to get on a plan and was blown away by the professionalism of the employees! The lady who helped me, Rachel, was very informative and sensitive to my unfortunate situation that sent me into that store in the 1st place. Another associate Roman was also very respectful and had an amazing attitude. While waiting for my phone to finish up there were 2 difficult customers that entered Tmobile. The associates helping them were very patient and professional unlike the people they were helping. I had an amazing experience and so far my phone is working as it should. I want to thank the employees again for your amazing attitudes! I appreciate you.
