They have helped me - and probably an immense amount of others - with so much. Thank you, thank you, thank you. This place gives me hope. If you need assistance with food or really anything, they will help you and they will do so happily.

This is the best thrift shop in town, by far! The merchandise is great, prices are fair and the volunteers are nice. Best of all is knowing that the money I spend here is used to help people in our community with food and other needs.

Stopped into this thrift store on my way to Waco. The place is well organized, prices are great and there is an amazing selection. So many things to look at. I spent most of my time looking at everything except clothing. Definitely worth a stop if you have time to poke around!

Since 1985, The Caring Place has provided for the basic human needs of all people in our community in a welcoming, respectful and caring way. Through two thrift shops, The Shops at The Caring Place and Second Helping, both in Georgetown, the organization further supports this growing community. The Caring Place helps with food, utility, rent, transportation or medical assistance. The Caring Place is a community-based and community-supported organization.
