Need a place open on weekends? Go here. Dr. Lee fixed me up right away, and I was in and out in 20 minutes (minus all their paperwork). I would highly recommend, especially if it's your first time getting an adjustment

Love going here. They are all so kind. Especially the lady who regularly works the front desk. Dr Le is our favorite chiropractor to see on a weekly basis but the others are good as well. They listen to what your aches and pains are and not only adjust you but give helpful advice to go along with each adjustment. Dr Le does take a lil more time with each patient than the others. She is tiny but mighty. She alleviates my pains with such ease and works to find the cause.

I just want to say that this chiropractic place is fantastic .. I’ve been going for 3-31/2 yrs and they always go always above and beyond to take care of my aches and pains .. they have a friendly staff that make you feel like you’re not just a number they actually care about you and your well being .. I’ve never had a bad experience here but wanted to point to a couple of the staff … Cindy who works up front taking care of people coming in is very friendly and helpful .always on task and makes me feel at home .. . then there is Mrs Stephens chiropractor on staff .. very smart and knowledgeable in her field of work .. always talks to me and pays attention to how I’m doing .. and cares for me and her other clients as to helping with making our lives better and how to move forward feeling better and ideas for better health .. THANK YOU !!

I friend of mine who used to go regularly referred me to this location. I saw on their webpage that walk-ins are welcome so I registered online. Arriving there at 5:45p to check in. I walked into to the clinic and both doctors were standing at the receptionist desk chit chatting. I walk in and I’m stared at awkwardly for a few seconds before being asked If I need help by the receptionist. The doctors disappear into the back of the clinic.The receptionist proceeds to tell me they do not accept walk ins after 5:30pm because I am a new patient and they close at 7pm. I asked if they can make an exception as I was in a lot of pain and there was still an hour and 15 minutes before they close for the day. I was told to come back the next day or try their new location in Georgetown. Which I did as soon as I was able to get there which was the day after. There it was greeted by the receptionist as soon as I walked in. Handed her my ID, filled out paper work in about 5 minutes and shortly after Dr.Knott called me to the back. I went over several problem areas with him and explained where it was in pain. He was good , he made it seem like he was actually paying attention to what I was saying then proceeds to give me the most generic back pop neck pop adjustment. Ignoring alot of the problem areas I has just gone over with him. After doing so he goes into his pitch to sell me on a monthly plan which I decided against at the time. He clearly was not onboard with that and I can immediately feel the disengagement. He turns to his desk for a second to write on his note pad then hands me his recommendation for after care. No Good bye, no thank you for coming, no come back and see us no nothing. All I wanted was some pain relief. I left there feeling as an inconvenience to the Dr and establishment.If you’re looking for your next “on the regular” chiropractor I highly recommend against this place. There are other chiropractic clinics around and they may be more money but you’ll get the care you need and more importantly treated like a patient. Not a customer.

I LOVE how convenient this place is in their location and hours- including Saturdays and Sundays- with no appointments needed!! I also love that they are a national entity that can share my records if I need an adjustment when I’m traveling! Here locally, Drs. Kelsi Kriewald and Kevin Handcock absolutely keep me aligned and moving well! The care packages they offer are very reasonably priced and very affordable! They have great reception staff and wonderful doctors who listen and care! Give yourself a break from all your aches and pains and give The Joint a chance!! Your body will thank you!!

I've been a Joint customer at several different locations within the area. This location is by far the best I've experienced. Dr. Le, Hancock, Kelsi, Knott, and Stephens are all top notch chiropractors. It's very rare to have a location where all of the chiropractors are great and have welcoming personalities. I've been going to this location for over 2 years and don't plan on stopping. They even have mints!!

HOPEFULLY THESE UNSCRUPULOUS TURKIES WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS VERY SOON AT THIS RATE! I'd like to give ZERO stars!!! I went in & they had to "lend" me some reading glasses to complete their application. The lady behind the desk simply used a big fat red marker & "X-d" and said, "Sign here, here and there..." A couple months later one day after my SSDI was deposited my account was sucked dry of over $80 (bucks). I went in to inquire and they said "YOU SIGNED THE CONTRACT!" Then they produced the contract and I could see (this day I had my glasses). But they didn't even bother to contact me during the 4 or 5 weeks while they were busy trying to suck my account dry.

I have been a satisfied customer of the joint in Georgetown since it's grand opening! We were customers of the Round Rock location on 79 and love that many of the Doc's from RR also work here. Dr. Kelsi, Dr. Le, Dr. Handpick, Dr. Knott, Dr. Stephens are all excellent and care about all their customers. Dr. Kelsi has an incredible personality and is so much fun to chat with. I can't wait for the new location to open up! I highly recommend this practice and these Dr.'s.

My husband hurt his back at work and Needed the chiropractor. I called before we made the four hour round trip to the Joint. When I had previously called I was told they were open on Sat. We drive there to be told they only take established patients on Sat. Thus we could not be seen. Maybe tell patients this when they call and before they drive four hours not to be seen. We will not be back.

I initially went in with chest pains. First visit was fine, that doctor was very polite and seemed careful enough.The second and final time it sounds like I was adjusted by the same doctor as Kenzie, below, mentioned as it was near the same time-I expressed apprehension at having my neck adjusted although I was experiencing minor headaches. She went ahead and quickly adjusted my neck to which I thought the headache went away however this was just adrenaline because the aches would become 100x worse. Something after that I couldn’t even call a migraine started building up once I got home and didn’t go away for months on end, getting worse as time went by. It still has not ever subsided even 70-80% and is barely manageable.I ended up with permanent damage to my occipital nerves after this adjustment and had to quit working for several months until I could get used to ways to manage and minimize the pain due to it feeling so severe after landing in the emergency room multiple times over blackouts and sharp, shocking pains in my head.Unfortunately, I remember having to sign a waiver figuring chiropractic adjustment couldn’t be that bad of an idea, but this has honestly been one of the biggest regrets of my life.I don’t know if I would say all chiropractic is psuedoscience but this chain has convinced me it at least is based off of such.This isn’t the worst that could’ve possibly happened however I’ve lost much of my livelihood after my second visit to this place that I likely will never get back.I don’t have half the endurance I used to for the activities I participate in compared to right before this adjustment due to the pain it brought on.After this has happened, the best there is to help me are nerve block injections which are extremely expensive, painful, and only last a short while.

UPDATE: I have not been able to get an adjustment for a couple of years. Yesterday I went back in to get one. Their prices had noticeable increased. The receptionist was very nice and explained I could buy a plan which would bring down the price some. However it was still way more than I use to pay. I sadly left. I immediately looked on line for another and found one within my budget , closer to me and even a much better adjustment. Sorry Joint but I must think about me !Honestly I love this place ! I am addicted ! The staff is always warm and welcoming. The Doctors on staff are well qualified. They listen well, and give great advice when needed. I have work in the chiropractic world for years and I can say only good things about the Joint. I also love their set up, easy in, easy out, little wait time and if you are traveling you can usually find a "the Joint" office within range. Payment plans are very very affordable too.
