Neal knocked it out of the park! I’ve never shipped anything before and Neal was not only swift, quick and courteous, he also found me a price that was cheaper than what I thought was my cheapest option. I will definitely come here more often and will be more likely to ship things from now on knowing he made it that simple!

Best service in the south! Neil is a pro at anything dealing with shipping, anything, anywhere, anytime. He personally makes sure things are shipped the best way, with the most effective packaging, and he's always very conscientious of cost. He's one of the most helpful dudes I've met in my life. I was in need of a notary on short notice and after striking out at FedEx and UPS, I tried The Mail Drop. I had driven by the store many times without realizing they offered this service. In the end, we received excellent service and a fantastic price. Was really a pleasant surprise.

We can always count on getting the assistance we need at the Mail Drop from the shredding of documents, to faxing, to shipping. Being able to get in and out of their location easily was very helpful as I worked on settling my mom’s estate and shipping family mementos across the country.
