Great experience while buying a house in TX. Our loan officer Tina Cardosi was a huge help! She was so patient explaining all of the intricacies of Texas mortgage laws and making sure we were comfortable and informed at every step in the process. And closing was a blast! We started working with Clint Philip over a year ago. We had a unique situation where we were selling 2 houses to buy one. Biggest challenge was finding the right property in this housing market. Moving onto the finance side Clint and his team (Emanuel) worked their magic. They help guide us to make this a smooth transaction.
