It’s horrible customer service. Been in there with the same lady. I’m 50 years old have a white beard and she sold to me before without asking for an ID. Because I clearly look of age. Now I missed a dinner appointment because I have to drive over grab my license and come back. If I was to go to any place, it would definitely be the one in round rock where they have exceptional service.

Best customer service in the world!!!! Amanda, Tracey and Eliza… are my Queens! They’re knowledgeable, gorgeous, and don’t get paid enough! Cozy liquor store, if there is such a thing. Three very knowledgeable & helpful & friendly &cheerful staff. Helped us find exactly what we wanted - it was a special Christmas gift & they gift wrapped it, too.All Twin Liquors are homey, this one is…cozy.

Absolute love, love love this twins liquor... Not only is it easy to get to off of Austin Avenue but the selection is great. Eliza stepped in right from the get-go found what I needed and here I am enjoying my Saturday afternoon.

I was looking for some bourbon and as soon as the last person checked out, Eliza came over to help. We chatted about some brands. Got what I wanted then she spoke about, at my request, other items. She has great knowledge and a super kind personality. She is a keeper!!!

I like going here, I really do. I frequently go to the town square and various wineries around here in Georgetown. I decided to stop by here for a bottle of wine for my wife and I, and it was actually a great recommendation. However, when I came back to buy another on the same day I was informed I'm not allowed to purchase more than one "bottle" (?) a day? I wasn't intoxicated, and this isn't generally Texas law but sounds like company policy. I can't blame employees for following company policy, but it certainly is ridiculous. I would honestly like clarification on that policy specifically considering it has negatively impacted my experience at this particular business as opposed to any liquor store in Texas.
