I was there at 6:27pm, they close at 6:30pm. The front door was locked and they refused to open it. I was only there to do a simple amazon return.

Our UPS stores are always helpful, kind and gets me quickly on my way. No dawdling or having to stop and ask others questions. Professional without chit-chat. They know the answer and help me accomplish what I need. Thank you!

Breana and her coworker were extremely professional and helpful. There was a line out the door and it was still there as I was leaving. Once again, they were very polite and professional. I’ve been to other businesses similar to this that didn’t have a customer other than me but were rude, unprofessional and lazy. This day and age of people not wanting to work hard or at all these days. It’s always refreshing to see people maintain their composure and still be polite and professional. I’m always more than happy to wait in a line where the employees are few but are working hard. I will definitely come back.
