USPS made sure I could receive my packages even though I unintentionally entered the incorrect number variation on my delivery address. saved me the trouble of having it shipped again after I returned it to the sender.

Came here to pick up mail keys. No signage where to go. I stand in line for 15 min and get to the counter, they tell me it's a different long line.

The laziest postal employees I’ve ever come across. Constantly putting the wrong mail in our mailbox, when I put it in the return to sender box, they pull it out and put it right back into my mailbox. They also often say that they attempted to deliver packages to the door, but I have several ring cameras to prove that that is not true. I live in Teravista and you should fire the employees that work here. They are doing a terrible job

This review is specifically for the Passport application service at this Post Office. I have never experienced a timely passport processing like what I experienced here. Thanks to the efficient gentleman at the Passport service desk (and he was handling the entire queue on his own too), I spent just 10 mins here and my appointment started very close to my booked time slot. I had all the documents, check and credit card, and it was a breeze. Appreciating the value of a person's time is one of the best things one can do to another.

The lady at the help window is not only unhelpful but is incredibly rude and dismissive and to not just me but was to the customer before me as well. I do not understand why you would put the most negative employee (whom also seems to hate her job) as the face of your local customer support. After speaking to the online customer support as well as the mailman at my apt complex, they both directed me to this location to pick up my “undeliverable” package. They both told me that as long as I bring my ID, my package would be released to me before it gets sent back to the sender. As I was trying to explain this to her, she would interrupt me and tell me there’s nothing she can do. Which obviously confused me as it conflicted with two other things I’ve heard, so I questioned about it. To which she spoke to me as if I was illiterate while becoming increasingly rude and matter of fact as if I was troubling her with my problem. Ma’am you’re job is to help customers… that come in with an issue or have questions… wish I could say I won’t be returning to this location for any future issues or inquiries but it is unfortunately the location where my address is zoned to go through.
Thank you for absolutely nothing and pls consider restaffing! Oh and answering your store phones DURING BUSINESS HOURS. I walked in 10 min after calling…. Not a SOUL was there. Both employees at the drop off counter stood there blinking at me.

Never enough parking and the actual counter closes at noon on Saturday’s, not one as they post on their google maps reviews. But the employees have always been generally fine!

I sent my daughter in law to send sensitive documents to my bank in Frankfurt, Germany and paud $79 to do so. The price was already outrageous, the fact that personnel also insisted on viewing the documents upset me as well, BUT that 2 months later, my bank has yet to receive them is BS. My daughter in law doesn’t have the “postal” experience and didn’t request tracking, one would think at $79 it would be included or at minimum offered. Apart from the failed mail service. My daughter in law was also given the runaround 5 times to obtain a key to their new mailbox. 5 times she went up there and politely asked, until she got mad! Is that what it takes in the US? To get things done, you must become a “Karen” and $79 for a letter to Germany is unacceptable, especially if you don’t deliver on the service. You can do better USA!🇺🇸

Hiep, the USPS employee who processed my passport, was courteous, kind, and knowledgeable. He provided outstanding customer service throughout the appointment. A million stars to Hiep and the post office team!
