Went in at 2:000 on June 19 for help with my phone. In the 10+ minutes in the store, there was never an employee in the front of the store. The family who had walked in before me left without being acknowledged or helped, as did I. It seems that Verizon has possibly made a mistake in turning their stores into retailer centers.

I only know that I will not work with Verizon again. The service is too slow and apart from that, some of the salespeople do not have that much experience, meaning they promise things on specials but in the end, in my case, they did not even activate my new device Adams has no experience, we were there from 1 pm to 7 pm and in the end everything was a disaster and it was chaos for a week because I was left without receiving calls or messages, I lost 2 clients because I could never communicate and I had to pay almost $400 in the store, in the end changing telephone companies was a mistake, before I paid $90 for 2 lines and now for 2 lines I will pay almost $150 and I ordered Internet and it was horrible, now I will have to pay for that and I never received it, I mean it is not pleasant to wait for something that I never received, now I have Frontier and with Verizon I will have to pay a lot of money for 2 months and I never even used the Internet service and they never explain to you that for everything in the end they charge you, it is good that they tell you beforehand so that you decide what is best..

Kemedie Morgan delivered double platinum level service while helping my Linda with her new Apple IPhone. Kemedie patiently explained everything and transferred all of my info from my old phone to my new phone. I highly recommend Kemedie at the Verizon Store in Georgetown Tx off the I 35 frontage road and University Blvd. Sincerely Linda

Twan was very knowledgeable, helpful and extremely respectful. We were very thankful that he was able to help us given the fact he was working alone and had many other customers come into the store during our time there. He maintained a positive demeanor while helping everyone who came in the store.

I just changed 3 phone lines to Verizon, $30 per line plus tax. After 6 days, I received a bill $293. I came to the store (1013 W University Ave #160, Georgetown, TX 78628 ) for questions. The woman there could not answer my questions and asked me to leave the store. Unbelievable rude and impolite woman makes Verizon’s going down.

I am always happy with location, they are friendly and quick. Our customer service rep (Meadow) was great at explaining my options for our son’s new phone and she was very personable and funny. I have yet to have a bad experience at this location and my whole family uses this store exclusively because of their knowledge and kindness…..get some more comfy chairs though:)

I’m extremely disappointed with Verizon’s customer service. I went to the store specifically to have the Next Up feature removed from my account, and I was assured that it was taken care of. However, weeks later, I got another phone with them, only to find out that Next Up was still active. When I told them not to add it without my permission, the representative informed me that it was too late to remove it and that I would have to call customer service myself.
This is unacceptable—customers shouldn’t have to double-check whether a request was actually completed. It feels like a tactic to sneak in extra charges. I expected better accountability from Verizon, and this experience has made me seriously reconsider staying with them.

The young man who helped me was very pleasant (although I was never given his name) he was informative and transparent. He did do his job and try to “upsell” he offered accessories and an increase in my plan. He helped me with my Wi-Fi plan and my iCloud account. He held pleasant conversation and was friendly.
