I had entered the store with a problem, yet left with a solution. The solution that was found exceeded my expectation. Grateful to be greeted with "Welcome, how can we help you today?" The manager (Regretfully I don't remember names well, but I recall her name to be Jennifer(?) but she conducted herself like the manager (professional, informed, cheerful and social even though it was near store closing hours). She was engaged with me to find 'the' solution I was having with an old phone. Additionally, she found benefits within our account that we weren't using. We were unaware of being eligible as our long history we've had with Verizon. Very appreciative!

Great experience- 5 star customer service. Only thing i would change is closing the store when the AC is broken. I was about to leave and go to another location because even with me being there for 10 minutes it was torture. I only stayed because the girls were so nice and i dont think it’s fair I can leave and they cant. Thank you Kait and Jennifer for being so sweet

Jennifer was fantastic! Now that I’m home I realize not all of my photos transferred. Im grateful she encouraged me to hang onto my old phone for a few days. Truly appreciate all her patience and help

Sam was incredible! Calm, fabulous listening skills & solution oriented. She helped me with an iPhone 13 with battery issues. She assisted me in getting a replacement phone.On top of multitasking with incoming customers. She deserves a raise let alone a promotion! Best employee ever!

This store has great employees. They are so smart and professional. Their patience and attitude are amazing. A big shout out to Mrs Jennifer and to Celeste for their wonderful work ethic. Thank you so much for helping us understanding our plan and Celeste with our purchase of another phone. Verizon hopefully yall give this lady's an appreciation. Once again thank you.

This is not a real Verizon store. It is a third party. They will absolutely sell your information without a doubt. They will also, if your situation is like mine, screw up your entire account for a couple of hours before you realize and go to a real Verizon store. I completely regret walking in this place.

Jennifer was thorough as she searched for offers that were available to me. She was patient as we worked through the purchase process and we shared pleasant conversation as we waited for the data to be transferred to my new iPhone.

Went in with a slow phone right after Thanksgiving. No effort to diagnose my phone’s issue. I was offered a new phone + less expensive plan for $10 less per month as part of Black Friday promotions. Turns out I was charged a hidden $50 fee and my bill is now $10 MORE per month. Basically lied to and Verizon says there is nothing that can be done. Do not trust.

I had an exceptional experience at Verizon today. Jennifer was kind, helpful and very knowledgeable about plans and how she could save me money on my monthly bill! She was fabulous! I got a new phone and my monthly bill did not increase. Best experience!
