We were helped tonight by Kole who was training Jacob. What a fantastic experience! Kole knows the phones like the back of his hand! His demeanor training Jacob was by far one of the greatest mentors I’ve seen train someone. He acted with the utmost professionalism and integrity with us and allowing Jacob to step in to do the work.
This is a wonderful store and we were taken aback by just how easy they made it to purchase a phone and set it up. Thank you Verizon, Jacob and Kole!!

A fantastic experience today at this location. I tried to add an AIR TAG to my existing 360 account. Because I need to download a QR app I was infected with junk, junk, junk! Ahntaeus was so kind and patient with me ( a senior) and deleted unnecessary items on the phone and added my Air Tag. Exceptional experience today. Thank you will never be enough!

I had a rather lengthy visit because I had a trade in phone, one that needed to be returned to Verizon and a brand new phone. Mr. Gage,,whom I learned later was Josh, was so patient and talked to me every step of the way. Any customer who walked in the door was acknowledged with a friendly hello! I will not go to any other Verizon store because I always get amazing customer service here. Josh was amazingly patient and was able to take care of another customer while my phone was downloading. I felt valued and like he really cared. There was another gentleman here who was also kind and so very gracious! Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was awesome! This store sets a good example of what Verizon customer service should be. Thank you Josh for making my day experience so pleasant!

I just had one of the best experiences in buying a new phone and IPad. The sales person was fantastic in explaining the types of products that were available and the pricing. This store is the best. ?
