Sometimes a new phone really does have problems and it's not necessarily the user. I went to the Verizon store on Williams Drive and was fortunate that these 2 guys take their jobs seriously, and do them very well. They stayed late at the store more than hour after closing time and didn't just offer pizza, they ordered it! Jonathon Campos (an American success story) and Christian Skill (who kinda reminds me of Tom Cruise) are aces in my book! BTW, phone and owner are doing well.

I bought a phone over a month ago here and had a really good experience with Josh. I just called and asked about any options I might have in returning my phone or exchanging it for a new one because I'm just not happy with the one I bought. I know there are policies and its been over 30 days but I just thought I'd shoot my shot in trying to find an option in getting a different phone. I'm really disappointed in the response I received. They told me that if someone didn't like their phone they would have returned it in 30 days and the only option I have is to pay it off. Again I get it, their are policies but this person had no compassion and honestly talked to me like I was an idiot for not returning it within the 30 days and I'm out of luck because I didn't. It's been 38 days and I've been with Verizon for over 11 years and have 5+ lines with them. I would have expected a little compassion and maybe someone to look in to other options on my account or actually try. He didn't even look up my account or offer anything really. The attitude was very apparent. I'm really disappointed in this situation. I spoke to customer service before I called the store and they were a lot nicer and compassionate about the situation and they suggested I call the store.

Isaiah is very friendly and extremely trustworthy in your needs for your phone service. I am not from the area and was just in the store passing through on my way back to Dallas. I wasn’t able to get my phone that day however Isaiah did everything he could to make it right for me. I went to another location near my home and was not impressed with the service I received and I didn’t feel comfortable. I had to go back through Georgetown and I decided to just stop back by again. I was taken care of as if I was an old friend and even though this store is two hours away, my quality of care was worth the drive. I appreciate all of your help and for being honest.

Walked in and was asked if I had no phone service. Which I haven’t for 3 days s. He offered no answer or resolution. Walked out with no service on phone still. Called Verizon technical support and they are a joke too.

Everyone at this store is super helpful! Joshua helped my family update our plan last night. He was so helpful and has great customer service skills. We came in as customers and left feeling like family. Make sure you go to this store if you need to go into Verizon!!!

ISAIAH, Cellular Sales Professional at the 3304 Williams Dr., Georgetown Verizon Authorized Retailer was PERFECTION because of his warm welcome, professional appearance, engaging demeanor and very articulate very knowledgeable products expertise! ISAIAH listened thoughtfully and patiently and provided all the accessories for my iPhone 14 Pro! This was my first time at this store but I will make it my essential iPhone resource because of ISAIAH! Thank you ISAIAH!

Our visit today was very disappointing... As 20+ years Verizon customers, my husband & I had planned on upgrading to 2 new I-phones & accessories but we were met by an extremely unfriendly female sales rep (didn't share her name) who really didn't want to be bothered. She could not sign in to their system despite several attempts clicking on her keyboard with too-long fingernails. We felt very uneasy with her inhospitable demeanor & lack of competency so we politely left.

I went here and the manager Joshua was extremely helpful. I've had Verizon for several years. The service used to be worth the expensive prices they charge. However in the past year or so I've noticed that the service is extremely poor. I'm changing providers as soon as my contract is done. The service is poor and definitely not worth the expensive prices!

I would recommend this Verizon and their customer service reps' over any other carrier or storefront anywhere. As a first time customer there no pressure but much good advice and actual help from everyone onsite.

I just have to say that I have always had excellent service at the Verizon store on Williams drive, Georgetown . Today, your employee JOSHUA GAGE(Store Manager) was so helpful with getting my Gismo watch upgraded, finding me the best deal, helping me to set it up as well. He went way above and beyond and managed to help several other customers without neglecting me one bit!! Joshua should be applauded for his great customer service

"Tia" who claims to be a manager at this store (despite being mentioned in 0 reviews) was incredibly rude and dismissive when I called to report that a phone case I had purchased in their store (for $40) broke immediately after purchase (the button protectors popped out). She essentially accused me of lying and told me I was SOL. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Even if you can't "do anything," being actively rude to a customer?? Not the move girly!

My phone died just hours before my evening Flight Ground School class so I sprinted to this Verizon location.As soon as I walked in, I informed the owner that I had just 40 mins to swap to a new phone.He was able to swap me to a new phone and he saved me some money all within 18 minutes.I made it to Ground School with time to spare!

I went in on a Saturday afternoon, prepared to spend several hours to purchase a new plan and device. I was pleasantly surprised to be in and hour within about 30 minutes, with a fully-functioning cell phone, a custom plan, and quick service! I’m in sales/customer service myself, and was very impressed with this store. Cheers to the management!
