This Verizon store has the best customer service. Paul was my sales specialist he went above and beyond to took care of my every need. He is very transparent on exactly what you are paying for. He worked my plan to fit my needs and budget.

Whatever you do, do not get their 5G home internet. It is incredibly slow, and their towers are not fully developed yet, yet they still sell it. Please do yourself a favor and avoid it. I have spent the last three days in frustration on the phone with their foreign help desk, where the representatives could barely speak English.

The only two male staff members were seemingly tied up with a female customer who was less dressed than me and chose to not engage with me at all until she left with nothing completed. I found this behavior very unprofessional and definitely not what I expected as a tenured customer. I should have taken a picture of the laxadaisy stance (leaning on the counter with hands holding up chin while listening to her talk).

I had the best experience with the people at this store. They are so friendly and smart! I don’t know how they know all the ins and outs of these devices but they do. I had an issue with my iPad being set up with my cell phone number (my own fault) and they got it all cleared up. Would 10/10 recommend coming here if you need help with your devices.

Donovan is the best!! After weeks of trying to solve a problem with an old phone number he was able to solve a problem that even the Verizon technician wasn’t able to solve on the phone. If you have a problem just come to this location and ask for him!

Internet was disappointing. If you live on east side of Georgetown, I don’t recommend. It is frustrating to change over internet providers at all, let alone twice in a month and it’s on me for letting the “up-sell” happen… and internet should not. It cost a fortune so was interested in using Verizon for a better price. No offer to refund the month of service. Maybe other people have better luck… giving 3 stars to internet in the hopes that Verizon will improve this service. The people here were nice to work with and my phone service is as good as any I suppose but when the cellular was down at my house, so was the WiFi and I can’t have no internet services. Wanted there to be another option besides optimum but for now I’m not sure there is!
I still recommend this location over the non Verizon outlets BTW… they were way more helpful than the chains that are not affiliated with Verizon. So added star for that.

We went in to trade in my son's phone and were promptly greeted by staff. Very knowledgeable and quick to help us get a replacement on a phone. Jesus, employee went above and beyond by calling customer service to make sure we got a credit on my daughter's trade in. He even was trying to help with switching my bank account info for automatic withdrawal. We ended up getting an amazing deal on a new phone.
Other staff were very knowledgeable.
My new favorite Verizon store.
Excellent customer service.

Did a great job explaining what an E SIM card is and how it’s better then the physical sim. Great team and manager on duty. Clean and friendly.
