I went in to see what it would take to have some photos on my phone to get printouts. Brenda from Walgreens walked up and asked if I needed help and I told her what I needed and wasn’t sure what to do. She made me feel at ease and said we would help me through it. She got me going and checked on me a couple times to see how I was doing. I told her good and she said she would check back. In the meantime I had a question and saw where Brenda was helping an other customer so I asked Josh from Walgreens and he came to get me going again. My experience was very good here. Thank you Brenda and Josh.

Went to the pharmacy, Rx not ready, come back in 10-15 minutes. Came back 20 minutes later and still not ready, come back in 15 minutes. Called and checked status of Rx after the second 15 minute wait and only one was ready. Lol Not mad just wish they'd give better estimates. 🤗

Christina with Labcorp was amazing! Super friendly and a great phlebotomist. I always get nervous for blood draws, but she got it on the first stick, with a quick and painless technique.

They don't stay open until 11pm as they advertise. They close the store whenever they want. Today they closed at 10:30pm l, but their door says open until 11pm. Second time this happens. Last time they were closed earlier than 10pm on a week day

I am sure abuse occurs constantly from their clientele. This Walgreens is lovely. When I am in Georgetown, I only use this pharmacy. The drive thru window service is excellent. Please, stay the caring and courteous pharmacy I have grown to love. Don’t let the Grumpies tear y’all down.

Went today to pick up my prescription. This is from A specific manufacturer.
Was informed could no longer get this medication, so I understood it is what it is.
However the issue arose when the black lady took offense when I asked her the manufacturer name. As I tried to ask he again who the manufacturer was she muttered a derogatory comment not realizing the microphone was still on. She stormed off and the another lady came and explained the supply issue.
When leaving I politely mentioned I did not appreciate her comment and she advised me. she was not going to argue. As I pulled away.
Needless to say first she evidently could not locate the information I required And 2, she was just rude and not capable of customer service.
Pulled my prescriptions from walgreens, as life is to short.for taking crap from unhappy people.

I love shopping at this store. I love how clean and well organized this store is. Few of my favorite cashiers work at this store and I love checking out with them. Thank you April and Claudia for making my checkout always fun and thank you Tim for always taking care of small issues that come up now and then. I look forward to shopping at this location and I always tell my friends to go to this location.
