The pharmacy at this Walgreens is awful. They never have your meds ready even when you get a notification with said time of being ready. The lines are usually long and takes up the parking lot. What really frustrates me is the fact they told me my wife’s meds would be ready at 1:40. She’s not feeling well and I want to make sure she can get her meds to feel better. Get there and the pharmacy is closed between 1:30-2:00🤦🏽♂️ If you’re closed why even say they’ll be ready at 1:40? To make matters worse, an hour later I return and they’re still not ready! The pharmacist then tells me I can wait 20 minutes and come back in line. So an hour after they’re supposed to be ready they’re still not. This pharmacy doesn’t care about efficiency or people’s time they have wasted my time several times and it’s frustrating to say the least. Do better.

Ex California folk don’t know the southern hospitality of Texans. Walgreens has really gone downhill. Nothing like it was before.

Leah. The pharmacy technician is EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I will be complaining to the corporate office about her HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!!!!

It doesn’t matter how many times or how many ways your doctor sends in the prescription, this location never has it in the system. And they don’t want to help you in any way either. Don’t waste your time at this location, just find another pharmacy.

Waited in line for 40 min to be told I couldn’t pick up medications they had in their hand. Do not waste your time on this pharmacy.

This locations pharmacy is terrible at communication. They rarely send notifications or updates even after requesting to receive them! I called to find out why there was a delay on my kids' prescription. "You'll need to transfer somewhere else because we don't take the insurance" was the response. HELLO, didn't they think I should have been told this with a text or phone call???! They've had the prescription for 6 days! How about a notification when they found this out!

Generally, I don’t mind walk- in to get my prescriptions filled.
However, this time i didn’t want to wake up my baby ?? so went to the drive- through service for the first time in my life…
I waited patiently, not even pushed the doorbell ?️, I know there is a sensor that alerts customers arrival and I’m aware personnel are busy dealing with other tasks .
While dropping off the prescription, I made the mistake to don’t place it UNDER the metal bar in the drop-off box; immediately this lady named ????*LEAH*?? ???? ( this time I catch her name) showed her lack of patience telling me “ no it’s no how to…. followed by an ughhh!!! Never mind. Manifesting her disgust.
At first I don’t quite understand what happened, but later on when I asked another question she just stared at me and ignored so I have to asked again. ?
Then, I said thank you and she just avoided me. I get that, sometimes stores hire the wrong ❌employees or an employee is having a bad day, it happens. ☁️
But frankly, every single time I visit this store specially pharmacy I have similar repulsive experiences, staff is rude, unprofessional and ignorants of basic good manners.
Clearly I’ll move to another diferente pharmacy/ store.

Pharmacy staff is rude and unprofessional. Shouldn't be talking about people behind their back as they walk away from the counter still in earshot.

Use a different pharmacy. Sold me way too much medicine that I didn't need when picking up. Won't help you if there is a problem. They will insult you and take your money and try to shame you for letting other people know about their bad service.
