Use a different pharmacy. Sold me way too much medicine that I didn't need when picking up. Won't help you if there is a problem. They will insult you and take your money and try to shame you for letting other people know about their bad service.

@walgreens, Please please please close the store / don’t take orders from hospitals if you can’t handle the inflow. Especially in your pharmacy. This is the last day I’m getting my medicines here. Have to move on to a different store from now on. Reduced pharmacy hours and and last minute decisions to close drive thrus. And the line is long enough to wait for more than 30 mins. Do ur self a favor. Stop going to this store.

Scheduled an appointment for flu shot for today at 9:00 am. Arrived at 8:55 and they couldn’t find my appointment, although I had the confirmation. Took another person before me!

Nice, clean store but the pharmacy seems to take forever..... especially in the drive through. I keep trying to figure out why but it seems like maybe the meds are not where they are supposed to be????

Store itself is fine, but why does the drive through rx always take a minimum of 30 minutes when my turn only takes about 2 mins. Every single time. Too many terrible pharmacy reviews. Too bad this is the closeted one to my husband's work so he can pick up for me.

So bad. Why are there always 7-8 people behind the counter yet not one person greets you or attempts to help. They mess my prescription up every single time. They fill partially and then refuse the rest because their system sucks. I've tried to go elsewhere but smaller pharmacies don't have the supply or prices. I loathe these people.

I only went there to get my Covid vaccine so I didn't spend much time there, but the staff was on point very professional nice effective. I would highly recommend to anyone for their healthcare needs

Horrific display of customer service. I needed to buy medicine and the tag stated Buy 1 Get 1 50% off. Prices are also cheaper on their app so I asked the associate to price match. She called the manager over who rudely stated they do not match to anyone, not even their online prices. Yet it clearly states on their website that they do honor requests if asked. Secondly, she refused to honor the tag special. How can a manager deny a customer what the tag and website is stating? I will not be supporting this store any longer.
