Had a prescription called in to Walgreen's pharmacy from Urgent Care. I checked with them and she told me it would be ready in 2 hours. I waited until the next morning to pick up the meds. I was there around 9:30 am and was told the prescription was not ready. . I explained what I had previously been told and that it was for my husband's shoulder pain-he really needed the medication. She said it won't be ready until noon. I said I really needed this filled and she said to come back in 30 minutes. I came back and the prescription was ready. Poor, poor customer service.

I must be in the minority with a great experience at this Walgreens. The pharmacy techs have been helpful and for me, have gone above and beyond. Every dealing that I've had with anyone working here has been terrific. This Walgreens is farther from my house, but I have had such a good experience that I go out of my way to do business here. I have a Walgreens about a mile from where I live (the one on Williams and Booty Rd) that I will not do business with because the people who work there are incredibly rude and more often than not, weird.

I could not believe how the pharmacist, Jillian, spoke to me. She was rude, condescending and demeaning. I can't believe someone with an advanced medical degree could treat patients so poorly.Little did she know I'm a doctor myself and there's a running joke in Georgetown that no doctors want patients to fill medications at this Walgreens because their service is so poor.I will happily take my business to HEB from now on and recommend my patients and professional colleagues seek pharmacy services elsewhere.

The pharmacist Stephanie is awesome! She wrestled with getting my medication down to the correct price for hours after an error came up. I appreciate it so much.

My regular Walgreens didn’t have the medication I needed so I called this one asking if they could fill it. The lady on the phone was rude and snappy. I was told my medicine was an antibiotic and she snaps at me saying “no this isn’t a antibiotic it’s a cough medicine!” In such a rude tone that I almost hung up. I then asked if it could be filled and she said “obviously. We can have it ready at 12:30.” If I was given wrong information by my doctor that’s not my fault and there was no reason to be rude or have an attitude. She could have informed me nicely. I am a teacher so I get being short staffed and over worked but you can’t just be mean to everyone who needs medicine! Worst costumer service! Not coming back here after this!

I only gave this review a 2 because of the fact of how I was treated at the pharmacy today. Jackie was by far the rudest pharmacy tech. I didn't appreciate the way she spoke to me and the attitude. I really don't think she can handle the fact pace environment because the attitude speaks on it. She definitely needs training or perhaps something else to get her attitude in check. I definitely will be reaching out to corporate about my visit.

Areas that need improvement are customer service & service time. I walked in to see if my prescription had been sent but was told it hadn't and to return in a couple of hours, totally reasonable. I called a few hours later to confirm it was ready and the lady that answered had trouble finding the prescription/insurance. She did search for me til she was able to verify both and instructed me that the prescription would be ready in 30 minutes. The wait to pick up the prescription at the window took about 30 minutes although the conversation had been held hours before. Almost as though they were preparing it at that moment.

Workers were very kind and helpful especially the cashier I think his name was Mustafa! Very happy, I don't know how this location has so many negative reviews? High praises from me!!!

If your stopping because it's convenient, don't stop here. I waited at leastb30 minutes in line. Also, prices were not marked so I had to ho through the line twice. Dripping with sweat by the time I left. It was unbearable hot.Never going to this Walgreens again.

There is a woman at the front desk who is particularly rude. Perhaps the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Although this is the closest pharmacy to my house I’ve had all my prescriptions sent across town, just to avoid this pharmacy.

I've had ENOUGH with this Walgreens pharmacy. They are constantly "temporarily closed" or "closed early". Today i woke up at the crack of dawn to not endure 45 min wait time in the drive thru. Walked up to a new sign on the door that their "systems are down". Once they closed down for a whole week because someone got covid. I can't even tell you the amount of times we've driven up to see a long line wrapped around the building or in the store or some sort of limited hours. My husband and I are completely fed up. We've lived here 4 years and it's gone down hill in the last 2-3 years. He has epilepsy meds that MUST be filled. They are completely unreliable and slow!!!!!! I will be contacting up the ladder to get this Walgreens looked at. DO BETTER!!!! So ridiculous.

Where is the zero star button? This is the worst Walgreens ever. I honestly think it's because it's in Georgetown, and any business in GT is just going to come up short reaching your expectations. One star for the slow, inconvenient, people of Walgreens and 1 star for GT. Thanks for making me want to move. You're awful people
