Went today to pick up my prescription. This is from A specific manufacturer.
Was informed could no longer get this medication, so I understood it is what it is.
However the issue arose when the black lady took offense when I asked her the manufacturer name. As I tried to ask he again who the manufacturer was she muttered a derogatory comment not realizing the microphone was still on. She stormed off and the another lady came and explained the supply issue.
When leaving I politely mentioned I did not appreciate her comment and she advised me. she was not going to argue. As I pulled away.
Needless to say first she evidently could not locate the information I required And 2, she was just rude and not capable of customer service.
Pulled my prescriptions from walgreens, as life is to short.for taking crap from unhappy people.

I love shopping at this store. I love how clean and well organized this store is. Few of my favorite cashiers work at this store and I love checking out with them. Thank you April and Claudia for making my checkout always fun and thank you Tim for always taking care of small issues that come up now and then. I look forward to shopping at this location and I always tell my friends to go to this location.

The pharmacist, Melissa, went above and beyond to get my order ready. She took the time to talk to me and help me get my medication. Amazing customer service! I am so grateful. Thank you so much!

I've always liked coming to this Walgreens... usually friendly, helpful staff. Tonight my visit was terrible. It was dead as a door nail, we stepped in to see two workers doing inventory on the floor. Nary a greeting. That's OK, I don't need one. But when I went to purchase my items at the register, no one came to help. I can wait, I guess. And then the lady said NOTHING... although I was friendly. A little bit of civility would be awesome, but this lady must hate her job. I said thank you and left...

This has been my store for many years and it’s just gotten busier. Most times you have to wait in the drive-through four or five cars back and if you go into the store you’re fourth or fifth in line. This time the drive-through was really quick. The staff was efficient and courteous, and it’s close to my home, so I always go here. It’s really helpful with the doctor’s offices sending you a text message that your prescriptions have been sent in. Please review them. You can immediately spot any errors and make a phone call to the doctor’s office or send a message through the portal and this is just the way it is now. A lot of the Senior citizens have trouble with this because they’re not as computer literate or used to having to do everything on their smartphone or sending messages, checking things in their doctor portal, etc because their generation did not grow up in the technologically advanced generation we are in now. Seniors used to make a phone call that was answered by a person and not automated , where you can’t ever get to the right person or thing and so they just give up. Therefore, , staff everywhere need to be aware that this particular store is mainly Senior citizens, and ALL staff AND customers should have patience with them.

All I can say is do not be in a hurry when you go to this walgreens. Even with no one in line, you still have to wait. You get calls and texts to say your prescription is ready. You go up there with their ridiculous wait lines to find you don't have a prescription. This place is overloaded in the pharmacy. They need better help.

Literally the nicest pharmacy employees ever. My doctor accidentally sent my medicine to the wrong Walgreens. I called what I thought was the pharmacy but it was a call center and they said they were going to transfer both but did not, they only transferred one. I felt so defeated, because the call center told me it would be ready in 24 hours. Before I could even say anything they IMMEDIATELY said but don’t worry we will get it over here right now and I will have it ready in about 10 minutes. Just the best feeling in the world. I wish people would leave more positive reviews instead of always negative. I have no idea how they are a 3.3 on google but it’s definitely 5 star service.
