This place is amazing!! It is huge. It is also clean. They have a good Wi-Fi system. I love their new machines and their equipment works well. Only negative is the prices are high here so have to be strategic with how you wash to save money

I tried another laundry down the road and didn't like it as well as Washatopia. I now have a routine of washing there!! If I can't have my own machine this is the next best thing!! Friendly and helpful staff!!

I lived in the area for the last four years and a few weeks ago this place decided to upgrade their washers and dryers definite community game changer hands down the man that runs the place is super sweet thank you for providing for us in the community more businesses should be like yall

Best laundromat in town—clean, convenient, and super efficient!
I’ve been coming to this laundromat recently, and it continues to impress me every time. The machines are all brand new and huge—perfect for washing bulky items like comforters, which I can’t do at home. I also use them when laundry gets overwhelming and I need some help.
The pricing is fair, especially considering how fast and powerful the machines are. I usually use the tap-to-pay option on the card readers (super convenient), but I’ve also added cash to a swipe card before—if you load $20 or more, you get bonus credit which is a nice perk!
They also offer wash-and-fold service, and you save even more if you pay with cash, which is great if you’re short on time.
Every employee I’ve interacted with has been friendly and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better.

I operate Maid Right, a cleaning company here in Austin. Whenever we have a same day turnover on a Georgetown Airb, we have to do laundry off site to meet the new check in deadline. We bring our linens here because it's clean, the bathroom is stocked, and everyone is friendly. Vincent and Kathy are the best.

I have been coming to this place for well over 2 years now, with very minimal issues. Today 4/23/24 came in for a washer transfer like I usually do. Came in and one of the washers was not working. I asked the employee if he could reset the credit card machine in which he said yes. Walked to the machine pressed a couple of buttons and said that the amount on the machine is changing so he will not reset it as it has something to do with my card. (Keep in mind i had already used the same card on 2 other machines) I asked if I could get a washtopia card so I could try that instead and he rolled his eyes at me and asked if I had cash to which I said no and if it could be done with a debit card. He didn't answer and just asked if I had cash again. In the end I changed machines (lo and behold that machine took my card) and went to the front to get the transfer change. During this l, I told him that it wasn't my fault that the machine wasn't working and that I had asked 2 simple questions and there was no reason for him to catch an attitude with me. He then said that he is new and doesn't know everything and since I felt that way, that he will not be doing the transfer.Seriously the absolute worst customer service I have EVER had here. A complete disgrace to have at a place that I've had barely any issues with in the last 2 years.

Used there wash and fold service 1st time was great 4 ☆ around 40$ same size laundry basket as 2nd time.Use the wash and fold service 2nd time for around 60$ same size laundry basket as 1st time. Only this time:No folded clothingBalled up or just placed in the bagRolled or balled up inside out clothingNot even a little separated like male, female clothing or towel separationThe towels were not even a little foldedThanks for washing all our clothing, which are now very wrinkled due to the lack of folding.NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

It's not bad. I just wish people would stop doing a single load in a 6 and 8 load washer. Super annoying.

It Feels safe, laundromat is clean.Wish for better parking, it gets busy and congested no where to turn around.
