After all these years with Wells Fargo, I am now going to be charged for every service that should be expected at any bank. I was charged $10 for a cashiers check and was told that notices if changes were sent out. If I'm going to be charged for every service now, it's time to look elsewhere.

My parents came here to inquire about opening a CD and an account for my dad. They were rudely stopped by the MANAGER who told them they are busy and to come back another day with an appointment. We understand that not all walk-ins are addressed, but this manager could have been more professional about it. My parents went to one of the RR branch where they were greeted nicely and taken care of. They still needed an appointment but the agent there helped them make an appointment and didn't just shoo them away like the manager here did. Will never come back here.

Drove thirty minutes to arrive in lobby at 2:45 Monday afternoon to open a CD and was told the lobby hours are until 5pm but nobody can do it so come back another day!! They couldn’t have told me that over the phone!!!

A glitch causes all my money to disappear but they can still pull money into checking from my savings to cover overdrafts? Shady bank. Switching immediately.

was extremely upset because I needed to use the restroom and was not able to because it was behind locked doors. not sure how an establishment with appointments does not allow customers to use a restroom. I was told to go across the street to CVS where that bathroom was out of order. I did have a great experience with Dalton- he was very kind and helpful, which makes me sad to leave a 1 star review, however San Juanita was not kind. She was not helpful and made me feel bad/like I was being an inconvenience when I asked her to destroy my card. Not a great experience- very glad to be closing my account and not return here. Avoid this branch if you can.

Customer service is extremely lacking or perhaps they are just very unorganized. I was their Monday for a notary after I called to make an appointment and they told me to just come in. I was there again today for a notary with multiple tellers and a personal banker without customers I was told I needed to go online and make an appointment. As I’m explaining that last time I was told to just come in the teller was talking over me.
