As a customer of 30+ years, I am in SHOCK from the way the teller treated my daughter and I. The bank closes at 5 PM. I arrive there at 4:15 PM to open a checking account for my daughter who just completed her first day at her first job. Jennifer stated that it was mandatory that we be in the branch before 4pm in order to open a new account. I explained that my daughter just got off of work at four o'clock and that was the soonest we can get in there and she rudely turned us away. I called and verified that it is not a requirement to be in before 4 PM in order to open a new account. Jennifer is in the wrong profession as she does not have the skills to interact Face to face with customers. Especially customers who trust this bank with their money.

Wells Fargo made two errors that led them to have to reimburse funds to my business, which I had closed during COVID. I have spent many hours and three months trying to cash one of the $75 checks. Both were made out to the business name, and the bank has refused to cash the second check or to reissue in my name. This even though my business is closed. I would never ever again have a business account with this bank. The manager at this bank is helpful and patient but the larger institution is utterly disorganized and unhelpful.

This location is one of the worst ever. They don’t ever seem to have enough people working this branch. It always takes an inordinate amount of time to do simple things like a check deposit. They also don’t look through the checks prior to scanning them in for a deposit, 6 out of 10 times you have to send the receipt back in to get it corrected. Additional training please!

Came to open another account and told we have to make an appointment. Asked if there’s anything available today and were told she didn’t know. Told we would have to scan the QR code to find out what is available. Scanned code and found out nothing is available for over a week.
How is it possible that there are employees in the bank sitting around, no customers, yet they can’t help you? What exactly are they doing?
Whatever happened to the day when the people in the bank stopped doing what they were doing and helped a customer who walked in the door?

Just went thru once small problem because ATM doesn't dispense 10.00 bills.another time went inside for cashiers to buy camper,not problems,pleasant people.both quick visits.

This bank is such a joke. Being a customer since 2016 and I had money stolen from my account and didn't realize until 2 days late I reported since I don't go online everyday to see my account. First time I ever dispute and was denied my fraud claim. What a disappointment. Will never do business with them my money is supposed to be safe and I was hacked.

Needed to get a simple form notarized but had to wait 45 minutes. Possibly need to hire more staff. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry.

Stay away from Wells Fargo…..more speciality, stay away from this location.I’ve been with WF for 30 years and have had the worst customer service in the past two weeks. The tellers a great, but the bankers and manager are the worst.Go to South Star Bank one block away…..you won’t be disappointed,Paul

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Walked in to do something simple, get me on my 92 year old mothers account. Come back, you don't have appointment. Came back, you'll have to wait. Bank closes at 5, you'll have to come back. Thankful this is NOT my bank, absolutely love PROSPERITY BANK!

I see positive changes regarding past issues which says they hear you! They strive daily for 5’ a 5 star rating from top management down. They don’t settle for mediocrity. We all make mistakes but we should all be able to redeem ourselves and in my humble opinion they have so congratulations to this team for striving for greatness in your customer and banking service.
