The lady working in the shop was very rude. When trying to show her the problem with my handbag she grabbed it and said “just let me look at it!” I didn’t leave it.

They repaired the broken heels on my all time favorite boots. Excellent job, quick turnaround and decent price.

An absolutely horrible place of business. The woman is rude, uncaring and a few other things. The workmanship is nonexistent and she sees nothing wrong with the crap she's doing. Do yourself a favor and either go someplace else or just buy new.

I took a Coach purse in to have the zipper end stitches to prevent it from coming off- she sewed a very clumsy stitch across the end of the zipper with in non- matching thread. I seriously could have done better. I also had a new leather bag from Portland Leather Group that I wanted swivel hooks put onto. Without clearing a space or ensuring her hand were clean, she took the bag from me and tossed it on her workspace. She riffled through a large set of hooks and I choose which matched best. She only takes cash so I had to run home while she did the work. When I came back the new bag had scratches from being handled. I would love to find another shop but it’s proving hard. Her shop is extremely dirty and disorganized- there is no space to set anything down while having conversation. I accidentally ran into the corner of a whiteboard that was propped up against a table as you enter.

Best place around to take a pair of old boots and have them rejuvenated. Great service, professional and friendly, and fine quality workwomanship. I give the West Saddle Shop 5 stars.

Dirty disorganized shop. Lady was friendly but did not make good on her original date that my project would be done. Had to go back three times before she finally got it finished. Her workmanship was terrible and not professional by any means. I had a simile square vinyl piece that need to have the edges sown over. Stitching was crooked and parts even missed the folded edges in the back completely. I could have done a better job if I had the equipment.

The sign outside says T. Don's (I think "Shoe Repair" not "Water Conditioning") We would give 0 stars if allowed. We dropped off 5 pair of leather boots that got wet when the water heater leaked. We requested they be reconditioned. Payment was required up front (as another reviewer mentioned- never a good sign). They seem to be very disorganized. The woman had trouble finding the boots when I went back with a check to pre-pay. This was over 2 weeks ago. Yesterday we got one pair of boots back. The leather feels dry and looks awful. I would not recommend anyone use this place. The best shoe cobbler reviews I can see are for "Abraham's" on Rundberg I think? If we feel like driving that far, we will see if they can fix the ones that T Don's couldn't.
