Renting a storage unit was very easy and very affordable. The property manager, Bill, was very friendly, professional and extremely helpful in working with us to book the unit and when we had our 16' PODS delivered and unloaded. The facility and our unit were clean. I highly recommend this facility and are hoping our light in our unit will be working soon. :)

Bill is amazing and super helpful! He called me directly because he noticed I reserved an additional unit online and noticed right away that the website assigned me an outdoor unit even though it was listed as indoor. He helped me to get it resolved, which I had to cancel and reserve another unit by calling in. This was beyond his control and I really appreciated him calling me to alert me. Once we got there, he was available and super helpful with making sure we got into the new unit. THanks Bill!

The manager Mary was not only on-site but I saw her actually walking swims and checking on the facility whole I was there. She also took the time to show me how to use my app features correctly. The site is clean and I didn't see any red flags that screened "take your stuff and run" (like some of the public storages in Austin. So far thumbs up to this place.

Have only been in the storage facility for 5 months. From the moment we moved in, the light in front of our unit was out. So we were literally wearing headlamps to look for things in our unit. The light finally got fixed about 4 months after being broken. Our 2 units are on 2nd floor, and over the last 2 weeks elevator has been broken. So we are carrying all of our belonging up and down 2 flights of stairs. VERY INCONVENIENT to say the least. Customer service doesnt know whats going on at any of the locations. And the poor property manager I know is having to deal with many upset clients. There is only 1 elevation to be share by everyone, and 1 cart if your lucky enough to find one. There was no notification of issues at the facility, we discovered the no elevator issue when we pulled up with a truck load. They have offered to give a measly $25 off a month of rent. But when your paying $200/month for a box that you cant even access conveniently i would say that is definitely not enough! This franchise obviously isn't taking care of its facilities. 100% do not recommend. Save yourself the hassle.

Dear Public Storage, Your Georgetown location where I'm paying for "climate control" is like moving around in a sauna. In Central Texas we're experiencing over 100° + temperatures. It's like 85 inside the unit. That's only like a 15° difference. Imagine trying to do that yourselves. Plus you have 3 carts for an entire storage facility. This is ridiculous for a business to run like this. You're charging about the same as other more premium places that have much better service. This is unacceptable and the onsite manager has tried to fix the issues with no avail. After I move out of this hot box, I will NEVER use your facility again.

Terrible experience for multiple reasons. - There is only 1 elevator to access floors 2 and 3. - If the elevator breaks (which it did while I was storing my things there for only 4 months) and you happen to have a unit on the 2nd or 3rd floor...then you're out of luck. And the customer service was TERRIBLE, in that they did not empathize with the issue, were not able to give a timeframe on when it would be fixed, and also did not provide a notification to tenants (even though I requested one personally) once the elevator was fixed. This gave a good 3-4 week window of NO ACCESS to my unit. One day out of necessity I made 3 trips to the 3rd floor by way of STAIRS to access my belongings...unbelievable. - There is rarely someone in the office during office hours. Multiple times I went by (during open hours) to ask questions or needing help with something...and nobody is there. And the door to the office is ALWAYS locked (whether someone is in there or not...if they are you have to wait outside knocking until someone hears you from their back office and decides to come out) ...and they also don't answer the phone. So don't expect help from anyone. - There is only ONE CART. ONE. To move all of your things in and out as well as everyone else's things. And like other reviews said, tough luck if you're there at the same time as someone else. You'll have to share somehow. This is a 3 story - two building storage unit...how does that add up?- Last, if you have an issue with your payment and it doesn't go through for any reason - don't expect them to return, refund or remove any fees (which they will add quickly and lavishly), even if you've never been late and it was a special circumstance. Bill will just tell you there's nothing he can do...or say he'll "get back to you" and then not follow up and instead cut your lock off and put their own on (requiring you to buy another one) in prep for AUCTION. This is after ONE payment issue for ONE month. Not helpful at all, I will never rent a space from this storage unit again.

I am very disappointed in this company. I have been with them for years and it seems to me the rent goes up whenever they feel like it. I have had to change units to get a cheaper rate, what a hassle. Last time I rented a unit and they totally messed it up and rented across the street. I had asked them to be sure if it was in my same building and he told me yes. I had a certain rate that I got and when I got there it was not even in the same building. They said they where sorry but now I could pay a higher rate and rent a unit there. They would not correct their mistake and honor the rate. I had to rent at the higher rate because I had people there to help me move and could not come back. So pissed. Now it has only been a few months and they have increased my rate to a much higher price. The rate I had was high already for the unit then they jumped it up again 3 times of what they are charging now for the same unit. Of course I got on line and rented another space at the cheaper price and guess what, I get there with my reservation and they tell me the rate is different then what they gave me and that I could not get the rate because I had a unit already. The rate they gave me was much less then what I am paying and after dealing with them for an hour I rented it so I could get out of my unit now. Be careful when you rent of the BAIT AND SWITCH and also corporate is all about the $ knowing they can raise the rate anytime they want because it is such a hassle for people to move their stuff. Staff is nice but can't do much to help

We have had storage units in the past... they were decent. This public storage location is hands down the cleanest and most organized. I thank Bill for his attention to detail, the cleanliness etc. Thanks Bill! Your hard work doesn't go unnoticed.
