The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is a wonderful facility and a no-kill shelter. The kind, compassionate, and excellent staff really care about the animals, treating each as if it were their own. Employees are friendly, helpful, and welcoming, going out of their way to make visitors comfortable. The shelter is notably clean and well-run. They provide extensive services, from adoptions to fostering and community support like loaning traps for feral cats. They offer tons of information and supplies and perform thoughtful check-ins after adoptions. The shelter also helps by taking load from other shelters when necessary. With a few hundred animals waiting for forever homes, the hardest part is narrowing down the choice. It is a wonderful place to adopt or donate to, as they have a hard job and only want the best for every animal.

Because of them, I was able to adopt the sweetest dog ever. I've had her for almost 3 years now and she has made such a positive impact not only on me, but those around me as well. I loved it, the staff were amazing! The animals were very cute and I was glad to see they weren't neglecting them. I definitely recommend coming here to get an animal or to look for animals, they are very considerate and I love it :).
