Had an excellent first experience at the Giddings Ace. Very friendly staff and they were a huge help with my commercial paint order. They had a great selection of holiday decor which was an unexpected bonus. I'll be back for sure!

The ace store is absolutely useless… They don’t carry several things that other Ace Hardware‘s carry and when you call to ask them questions, they have no clue what you’re talking about. Absolutely useless store…

One of the largest Ace Hardware stores I’ve seen! Picked up some stuff for my RV, which is parked at Colinas RV Park—got a great deal there for just $650 a month. Brought my dog along since the park is pet-friendly.

Prices are WAY higher than Amazon. Customer service is poor. When asked if they have a product, staff said “Come in and look for yourself.”
No wonder why local
businesses are failing.

If you feel like getting robbed this is the place for you. Most expensive place to buy parts I have ever been. Came here from Houston to do a job went to this Ace hardware saw a double clean out that cost me $28 for 60 bucks turn around and walked out will not buy anything from this place.

Jinx and Trisha assisted me with a UPS Amazon return, both ladies were polite and kind, they went above and beyond to help me out. Great customer service. I myself have a UPS store located in Richardson TX and these ladies rocked it 10 out of 10, all the way from Dallas Thank you!
