“4/30/26. Best customer service! I picked up my car in Bastrop from a repair shop. I got a new front bumper and grill. I was driving to Brenham. I made it as far as Paige and realized the hood was bobbing up and down. I pulled over on the side of the road and tried to open and close the hood and could not. I continue to drive until I got to Giddings and went to the O’Reilly‘s auto parts store. I asked the gentleman behind the counter If he could help me. He came outside and discovered that the latch was loose. The nuts had not been screwed on at all hardly. The two gentlemen fixed it right up. I offered to pay, they said no, and was glad they could help. I wish everyplace had employees and customer service like this!”
